Ideal for larger parties, weddings or a family trip with all of the kids/grandkids in tow, your entire large party can stay in luxury in Po'ipu Kai's newest and most exquisite complex. We boast six separate bedrooms, eight beds, pac n plays, pull out couches and perhaps most importantly six full bathrooms to accommodate your entire crew.
Located in the heart of Po'ipu, the Grand Hyatt and some of the islands top rates beaches are just a short walk away from these greenbelt facing properties.
We have secured two identical side by side first floor units in Po'ipu's newest luxury resort style villas! These spacious units combine for 3900+ square feet of living space (6 Bedrooms / 6 Full Baths / 2 Fully stocked gourmet kitchens). The spacious Lanai's backing onto the greenbelt provide the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your favorite tropical drinks while the kids run circles between the two units and roll around in the grass. This is one of the most demanded complex’s in all of Po'ipu due to its central air conditioning, luxurious amenities, and its prime location! From the lanais you're only steps away from the greenbelt and under a 5 minute walk to Kauai's best beaches!
You can enjoy the sounds and fresh air of Kauai from the lanai or in the comfort of the home with fully opening patio doors.
We are fully equipped for families of all ages, equipped with a Pack N Play, High Chair, child-friendly dishes and utensils, beach umbrellas and sand toys. There are no stairs - everything is located on the ground floor so no need to worry about any potential tumbles.
Our on-island staff is available to answer all of your questions before, during or after your stay.

We are fortunately to have become very friendly with our neighbors at our home away from home. Having shared many happy memories with our extended island family we knew that offering people the opportunity to stay at the two units together would allow them to enjoy their Kauai vacation with enough room to fit the whole crew comfortably.

We love travelling to Kauai for our family vacation and this property has everything we need to have a relaxing and enjoyable trip. The Villas are very spacious and has an ideal layout with 6 large bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms. It is within walking distance of Poipu Beach, Brenneckes Beach and also the Grand Hyatt when we want a nice dinner out. We look forward to coming here every year and we know you will love it as well.
