Excellent stay!!! The place was really cute, clean, and as advertised. Location was fantastic. There was a cute little coffee shop 6 min walk for the mornings and a quick uber to saint george street area. Not far from St. Augustine beach. Also of note, great communication. We really enjoyed this stay for our 40th bday girls trip!

We have staying in many homes in St. Augustine and loved this house! Beautiful location. Great set up with 3 bedrooms. Modern, well-equipped kitchen. Very clean. Loved it.

We loved sitting on the deck, watching the Osprey, Ibis, and herons at the lake. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, but it is a short walk to the heart of St. Augustine and the historical sites, and short drives to the beaches and groceries, etc. We plan to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful Place To Stay

This was a great place to stay. We have been to St Augustine so many times and have never stayed in this neighborhood. The location is so convenient to the historical district and it is also a very quiet and beautiful area. The home is absolutely beautiful and has all amenities we needed. We will definitely want to stay here again.

This was one of the best VRBO we have stayed in. This is an older home with so much charm and nicely updated. The kitchen was very well equipped. The views over looking the lake was great. The location to walking into town was also convenient. Our family suffers from asthma and allergies and this home works for us very well the hardwood flooring, the leather seating in living room and they don’t use a bunch of chemicals or fragrances to clean with and yet it was very clean. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for sharing your home. SJ

Cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in!!!! Location is perfect, house is very well stocked with everything and beautifully decorated. Love the labeling of lights, etc to remove guesswork.

The property was very inviting and well appointed and stocked. The location and the patio and outdoor areas for sitting were excellent. The local person Katie we had two occasions to contact her was excellent. Plenty of off street parking was also very helpful. The kitchen was beautiful with plenty of silverware and glasses and dishes. The master bedroom was comfortable with a great bathroom.
Relaxing on the back porch watching many types of birds.

Best vacation home ever rented.Spotless clean. Well appointed- kitchen had everything, even coffee and sugar. Great home in a great location

This is a great spot to stay that is easily walkable to all that St. Augustine has to offer. Our 3 year old had a blast with us and the backyard is a perfect spot to relax after spending all day walking around St. Augustine. I’d definitely book this property again.

Charming and Convenient Cottage

House and location were absolutely perfect for a laid-back vacation in St. Augustine! The home was even nicer than the photos, and we could easily walk to restaurants within 15 minutes.
