Fantastic vaca

The location and views that the condo had were amazing! The accommodations were just like home. Our family had a fantastic time! We will definitely be back and would love to stay here again. Our family loves Minocqua, and we loved this condo!

The condo was great for our week stay. We had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable. It was a great location on the water and for a short walk downtown. We definitely recommend this unit for a relaxing stay.Chad was very responsive if we needed anythkng.

Lovely place to stay on the lake. Cool evenings gave us a chance to use the fireplace. The unit was a wonderful relaxing getaway. We enjoyed watching the lake. The unit had everything we needed including kitchen basics.

Awesome Northwoods getaway!

Awesome condo in a great location! Short walk over the bridge to shopping, food and activities! Easy to check in, owner was easily accessible, but never needed! Later check out than other condos in the area. Condo has everything you need for your stay!! Highly recommend!! Loved it!

Great experience. Would definitely stay again.

It was a short stay for us but a good one. Condo as described. Plenty of room. Brought our boat which was a plus as a slip was provided. The parking for our trailer not so easy as there is nowhere at the condo to park a trailer over night.

Great location, wonderful view

The house was lovely, clean and well furnished. The location was an easy walk to restaurants and stores. The view of the lake was great. It was perfect for our family wedding weekend. My only surprise was the requirement that anything that was used, specifically toilet paper be replaced. In most rentals you get a small starter set of things. If you use more than that, you buy whatever is needed. Replacing what you have used is not the norm.

The townhouse was great; extremely well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Location is excellent too; right on the water (we were 3 old friends on a fishing trip so being on the water was a real plus) and next door to a very good bar/restaurant. Also an easy walk over the bridge to downtown. Owner communication was great. We had zero issues and hope to be back next year.

Wonderful Holiday Experience

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children had a wonderful experience staying at this unit. The owner provided us with clear instructions, and the location was perfect for our holiday stay in beautiful Minocqua. The kitchen had new appliances and was well stocked with cookware and utensils. We will look into another stay for our next “up north” vacation.

We had a girlfriend get-a-way in Minocqua and found this vacation rental on VRBO. The condo was very well located, clean and relaxing. We will certainly look for this rental when we return.

best stay EVER in minocqua

In the over 40 years we have been loving our Minocqua visits, we agree this one was the absolute best! We've stayed in time-shares and cabins, hotels and campers, but this place? 20 out of 10! the location can't be beat; it was sparkling clean; the furnishings and beds were so comfortable; the attached garage was a plus; the balcony and views throughout were gorgeous; the decor was charming; the cupboards were stocked with everything needed; the appliances were new, the bathrooms were sleek, the levels allowed us to see the lake and bridge from the living room and the dining area. Our ages on this trip ranged from 2 years old to 73--we all loved this place and we can't wait to come back again. Stay here. enjoy the lights coming on the bridge at night. the loons and geese and beavers swimming past your boat dock, the excellent communication of the owner who answers every question promptly. thank you for making this lovely home available to us!

Our family of 4 have been visiting the Northwoods for 1 week a summer for over 20 years (Sara has been coming up with her family ever since she was a little girl). We wanted to have a place of our own for our 2 daughters to have memories of so we purchased this townhouse condo in 2016 and have enjoyed every bit of it! I am a Realtor in Madison, WI and am very easy to get a hold of at most hours of the day and am always very responsive to your emails and or phone calls. We take pride in providing a great family vacation experience for you!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We chose this property because of the location. The view of the lake and the bridge with the lights is mesmerizing at night. Being able to walk right into town for shopping, restaurants and bars is so convenient. In the winter, you can walk right out onto the lake and feel like you are the only one around sometimes. Direct access to the snowmobile trails is an added plus.

Great views of the lake and you can see across the bridge and into downtown Minocqua from the master bedroom windows and the covered 2nd floor balcony!
