Paradise Pavilion: Kitchen & Picnic Tables by Pool

This is the ultimate house especially curated for fun gatherings. All in the backyard are: a pool, loungers, basketball court, pavilion with food prep area, seating for 16, fridge, ping pong, half bath, fire pit and grill. The house features a dining table for 16, chef’s kitchen, beverage station, themed bedrooms, foosball table, air hockey, play nook, reading nook, all new furniture & mattresses, 6 new TVs, and 4 bathrooms! Only 20 minutes to uptown Charlotte!

First... location. You cannot pick a better area. Just 1 mile off I-77 and less than two miles from Costco, Walmart, movie theater and nearly any restaurant you can think of. In 20-25 minutes you can leave your house and be in the Bank of America stadium parking lot tailgating! Want to get away for the weekend, Lake Norman is just down the road (literally). This property sits on 1 acre and provides lots of privacy. There is covered parking for two vehicles and lots more space for additional parking.

Backyard: The centerpiece to this property is the back yard. The backyard feature an 8 ft deep pool, a half basketball court, numerous pool loungers to soak up the sun and the ultimate poolside pavilion. As a bonus, during blackberry season, the bushes behind the pavilion and pool grow delicious blackberries that guests are welcome to pick.

The pavilion features a large food prep area, outdoor full size refrigerator and freezer, 5 burner propane gas grill, 4 picnic tables to seat 16, outdoor fans and lighting, windows, sink, regulation ping pong table and a half bathroom for convenience. Behind the pavilion is a fenced-in back yard with a firepit. The entire back area is fenced in.

Next to the pavilion is another covered area off the house. This area provides additional privacy and four comfortable egg chairs.

The house was custom-curated with all new furniture and mattresses.

Bottom Level:

Kitchen/Dining Area: The kitchen is a chef's dream with granite countertops and tons of prep space and center island. There is a large gas stove top, microwave and oven. The kitchen is open to the dining area, which features a beautiful dining table that seats 16 guests comfortably. In addition, there is a 55" smart TV in the kitchen/dining area to watch your favorite game while cooking or eating. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need for a delicious meal.

Living Room: The living room features a 65" smart TV over the gas fireplace, two love seats, a sofa, 4 chairs, and a coffee table that includes 4 additional stools…lots of seating. There is a shelf with board games and cards.

Main bedroom: The main bedroom area is huge and has a lake theme. This room features a king bed, 55" smart TV, large walk-in closet, dresser, work station and an en-suite large bathroom. The main bedroom is themed with colors and features from the nearby Lake Norman. The main bathroom features a dual vanity sink, stand up shower, soaker tub and a beautiful bench. A new high-tech bassinet is stored in the closet (comes with instruction manual & receiving blankets).

Bedroom downstairs: The second bedroom downstairs has a NASCAR theme and features a queen bed and 43" smart TV. It’s near, not just 1, but 2 bathrooms!

Bathrooms downstairs: In addition to the master bathroom, there are two other full bathrooms downstairs. One bathroom features a shower/tub combo and the other is a newly renovated bathroom with a standup shower.

Other areas downstairs: There is a washer/dryer combo in the hallway leading outside. The beautiful giant mud room will most likely be the point of entry, as it is spacious and can store so much; it’s nestled right between the kitchen and living
room.

Upstairs:
There is a large open landing area when going upstairs. This landing features a foosball table, air hockey table and 4 chairs. There is also a small private reading nook at the window. As you look out the window on a sunny or rainy day, enjoy your favorite book with your favorite coffee or tea…all by yourself. Don’t forget to use the full-length mirror on your way out to a memorable night!

Bedroom #1 upstairs: There is a very large bedroom upstairs that features two bunk beds and one full bed. There is a 43" smart TV and a private kids nook (can you find where it is?). This roomed is themed after the Carolina Panthers.

Bedroom #2 upstairs: Across the landing is another room. If features 3 sets of bunkbeds and walk-in closet. There is a 32" TV as well. This room is themed after the Charlotte Hornets.

Bathroom upstairs: Upstairs is an additional full bath.

NOTE: This house has a pool. There will be a kids pool safety net installed later, but it is currently not available. Due to a safety hazard, the slide has been removed. Please use extreme caution. Use pool area at own risk and watch over anyone who does not know how to swim especially young children. Owner/Property manager is not responsible for accidents or other injuries from using pool area.

There is a smart lock on the side of the house. Guests will receive a custom code prior to their arrival.

One acre lot with privacy in the rear.

*Pet policy*
If you want to bring a pet, DO NOT instant book. Please contact the owner first for approval. We only allow 1 non-shedding dog. There is a $450 fine for not obeying pet rules. Pet waste must be properly disposed of.

*Parties*
This is NOT a house to be used for large parties. We want you enjoy time with your own guests staying at the house. We kindly ask to keep music or loud talking to a peaceful noise level to respect others nearby. Quiet time is from 10pm-8am on weekends and 9pm-8am on weekdays. Additional guests not included in the Airbnb count must receive prior permission to come to the house.

*Smoking*
This is a non-smoking house. Guests can smoke outdoors but must properly dispose of any cigarette butts. $500 dollar fine for smoking indoors.
A. No parties ($1000)
B. No smoking INSIDE. Contain or pick up your cigarette butts outside ($500)
C. No unapproved pets ($450)
D. No breaking into the owner closets. A police report will be made for theft of any items.
E. No unapproved overnight visitors
F. No loud activity outside between 10pm to 8am
G. No rearrangement of furniture
H. For your own safety, follow Pool Rules if using the pool
I. Clean the grill and fire pit if you use them
J. Follow checkout instructions. After 11:30am, for every hour that you delay the cleaners, the late fee is $50 per hour.
K. We will charge for any damages, stolen items, missing items and extra services (cleaning, laundering, repairs, plumbing, etc).

LOST’n’FOUND
When checking out, you are responsible for your belongings. Please contact us if you want any items searched for and shipped to you. The handling fee is $10, in addition to the shipping cost itself. The cleaner will send you the receipt and accept payment directly.
