New Gorgeous Beach Home: Private Pool & Golf Cart!

If it weren't for the sugar white sand and uncrowded private beach you would never want to leave Ocean's 6. This house is perfect for getting the whole family together to cook in this open concept living area or patios to relax on with lagoon views. Equally with so much space to spread out you can also get some privacy with 3 levels to escape. When you walk in to the front door you are greeted with a split level foyer. Going up to the right takes you into the main living area with kitchen, den and dining in one open space. This room also features a beautiful wet bar/coffee bar with an ice maker, beverage cooler, sink and mini fridge. The kitchen has pretty black granite, high end stainless steel appliances, gas Thermidor stove and is well stocked to create those gourmet meals for everyone! This main living area also has a master king bedroom with ensuite bath. The bathroom is spa like with double vanities, private water closet, soaker tub with a window facing the lagoon, separate shower with bench and jetted sprayers. In the master closet you have a stackable Samsung front loader washer/dryer (pack n play also). You can access the back patio from the master or from two sliding door in the main living area. You also have access from the den to the west facing patio to watch the sunset! Going upstairs from the main living area you'll find another large den with a queen sleeper sofa, a loveseat with a twin pullout bed, an adorable loft with another queen bed that has lagoon views and TWO more big private king bedrooms with full baths. One of those baths can be accessed from the den area for the den sleepers. This area has access to another great patio overlooking the pool and a west facing patio for those fabulous sunsets. You have a work desk in this space as well. This upstairs area is perfect for lounging after a long day in the sun and surf. Going back down the stairs to the front door foyer you'll take the stairs to the left down to the garage, grill and private pool area. Lots of fun to be had down here. The two car garage has pool toys, chairs, beach wagon with balloon tires, bicycles AND a golf cart (optional for additional $300). Going outside towards the pool you'll find the grilling station, outdoor shower, fire pit and THE POOL!! This pool is gorgeous and so inviting after a day on the beach. There are a couple of loungers out there to get that tan going strong! All of this in one of Gulf Shores only beachfront gated communities. Laguna Key has a reputation for a family friendly atmosphere where you can feel safe riding bicycles, strolling with little ones to your private beach, playing tennis, pickelball or basketball at one of the neighborhoods private courts. There is a community pool across from the beach access to dip in if you just aren't ready to leave the beach. A restroom is also next to the pool.
