This was our 3rd stay with this host. The room, the view, the experience, the location, were all perfect and we plan to stay again and again. We absolutely love the amenities and location! Host allowed a late check-out without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Great location. Owner is very responsive. Staff at Atlantic Hotel and Spa are very nice and accommodating. Pool area and bar are excellent. There are also free chairs on beach, but if you want an umbrella it is 35/day. Overall, highly recommended.

I would like to say this resort is everything as advertised from the ocean views from the beautiful beach it was amazing! Check in was very smooth and easy just check in with your ID and credit card at the front desk. The free towels and chairs on the beach daily is so convenient. Also I ubered in so I used the complimentary bikes to get around where I needed to go. Happy hour from 4-6 at the restaurant downstairs is a must as well great food and drinks! This vacation was amazing i didn't even have to reach out to the host for anything everything was smooth. I will definitely be back soon!

The property was conveniently located, and everything was clean and as described. However, the pillows on the bed were very flat and could definitely use an upgrade.Another inconvenience was that the hotel charges for extra towels and washcloths, which can become a hassle if you’re staying longer than two or three days. The room was comfortable overall, but it could use a slight upgrade, such as adding a couch to relax.Overall, the property was clean and conveniently located, but a few small improvements would make the stay more comfortable.

Hello Shaun: As you were aware you booked a private residence which offers a much lower price than the hotel rooms offered. In order to keep our prices much lower, daily maid service is optional (at a cost of $50 per cleaning). This works for most guest looking to stay within a certain budget. In the future, I would urge you to book a hotel room directly with the hotel (includes maid service at no extra charge). Unfortunately, the cost of that hotel room is going to be more than triple of what we charge for private residences. Safe travels. Angelo G.

This location for our 7 day stay was perfect! We were within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The view from our balcony was spectacular! We had a cleanliness concern and a couple maintenance-related issues with the unit and Angelo was quick to respond.

Perfect

The location was perfect walking distance to our favorite spots. Village cafe less than a block away for amazing brunch. The two beach chairs included were a huge plus. Great view. Clean unit and Reese was responsive. We will definitely be staying here again

Beautiful everything.

The Atlantic is a beautiful property located in Northern part of the strip which we appreciated. This is a studio with kitchenette. Gorgeous 8th floor oceanfront view to take in the sunrise. Though right on the busy street below, the windows/door block out noise for restful sleep. The restaurant Wild Thyme is great. Had both breakfast and lunch there. Beach chairs with towels and complimentary water a plus. Nothing I’d change here.

Pictures and the process way different

This location is actually within a working hotel which most of the units are either owned by the hotel or privately and maintained by the hotel. Most of the Vrbo I’ve stayed in the host provide everything you need unfortunately, this time you have to rely on the hotel, which created quite a different experience for my wife and I
