Centrally located, you're just 20 miles from the captivating city of Gatlinburg, and less than 10 miles from Dollywood/Pigeon Forge! This home is within 5 minutes of major shopping so you can access all the essentials for a comfortable stay and just 3 miles from Soaky Mountain Waterpark! Plus, we warmly welcome dogs so feel free to bring your four-legged friends along.

This is your perfect getaway home in the Smokey Mountains. Need a quick getaway from the busy day-to-day, or do you want to escape to the scenic mountains, or are you visiting family/friends between Knoxville and the Smokies? Our home will suit your needs perfectly. Our cozy retreat accommodates up to 5 guests, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare & enjoy meals.

Outside, you'll find a spacious, fully fenced-in yard that's perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The patio offers a great spot to hang out with your friends or family outdoors. Unwind in the hot tub or soak up the serene atmosphere swaying in the hammock. The deck, accessible from the primary bedroom, offers a private spot to enjoy your morning coffee or bask in the golden sunset.

For entertainment, you have two TVs, each equipped with popular streaming services, as well as a large selection of board games for the whole family to enjoy!

Great place, pretty roomy for 4 adults and a 12 year old, definitely was worth the stay! This place is for sure pinned for future stays!

Not what we expected

Let me start this off with saying we have stayed at dozens of pet friendly homes, our daughter is a competitive dancers so we are out of town A LOT. When we entered this home we were immediately hit with the stench of must and pet odor. We contacted the host and she noted property manager also noted a smell when on the grounds earlier that day. Our only option by the host was to leave with our dogs so they could clean the house again and put in an air purifier. While this might have worked for some guests our daughter was competing on the day of arrival so there was no way to take our dogs out so they could clean AGAIN and try to fix a problem they were already aware of. The carpets and the furniture needed to be shampooed to try to solve the problem, not mask it with an air purifier. The guest bedroom seemed to have a decent bed but the main bedroom bed felt like the springs would pop out any second. After contacting the host immediately we were unable to find a solution we both agreed with and we are now working with Vrbo to find a better resolution. We ended up booking another house with a different host and were out even more money. This was not how we expected our vacation to start.

Perfect Retreat

The owners have thought of it all. Anything you could possibly need is tucked into one of the cabinets. It’s like having everything from home at your fingertips. The space is adorable and was in the perfect spot. All of the “go to” places just minutes away! We had our dogs with us and we were so glad to have a fenced yard and patio furniture so we could enjoy the yard also. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a nice laundry room and lots of channels when we were ready to settle in at night and watch tv. The only downside was that we had to leave!! We will look no further next year, this is our go to place for our next visit!

Great Stay

My husband and our one year old son and 3 dogs stayed here. We had a lovely time. The backyard was perfect for the dogs. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could need and cleanliness was 10/10. The host was great with response time and solutions.
