Welcome to Casa Marzo, a brand new four-bedroom, four-bathroom home located just a four-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, fruit stand, and tour operators. This single-level, accessible home is located in the quiet neighborhood of Surfside Estates, around the corner from Playa Potrero, a fabulous 2.5-mile long beach–perfect for swimming and long walks, flanked by the white sand beaches of Playas Penca and Flamingo.

This fully fenced/gated tropical paradise boasts a private 26’ pool, high-speed wifi, and smart TVs in both the indoor and outdoor sitting areas. Though there are many walkable restaurant options, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook for a large crowd, including great appliances like a rice cooker, blender, griddle, and kettle. The home also features an outdoor grill station, outdoor kitchen sink, BBQ utensils, and a truly Costa Rican 10’ long Guanacaste wood dining table.

This bright and airy beach getaway sleeps eight people, complete with two principal king bedrooms with built-in desks, safes, en suite bathrooms, and walkouts to the back yard The queen and twin rooms share the third indoor bathroom, while all four bedrooms offer a/c, new mattresses and ample closet space with stunning Costa Rican teak doors. You’ll also find an outdoor half bath, shower, and foot tap. You can wash and dry your clothes in no time with the large washer and dryer units, and then relax by the pool without any worries. No need for a car to explore Surfside, but if you have one, you can park it safely behind the casa’s remote-controlled gates. There is enough space for two cars and a golf cart.

We loved Casa Marzo!

This was a perfect house for our family of 7 to take a break from the real world. The pool area was a true paradise! Everything about this property was perfect! We would stay there again without question. Every rents is different but it might have been helpful to have enough dishwasher soap and laundry soap to leave the house perfect before we left.

Loved this beautiful house

Loved this beautiful house. The walk to the beach is super close and tranquil. Only thing to note is that if you want to cook, please make sure you bring all ingredients. They do offer pots, plates etc., but nothing else. No salt, pepper etc.

We loved it!

They did a lovely job equipping the house with everything we needed and accommodated all of our requests. The location was very well appointed. Close to restaurants and the beach. The home was well laid out and the pool was amazing. We enjoyed seeing animals outside as well. The house was absolutely perfectly clean and comfortable with beautiful natural wood accents. Overall, we loved it and will come back to stay there again!

Beautiful brand new house!

This beautiful brand new house is spacious, immaculate, and relaxing! It’s private, great for kids, and very comfortable. Walking distance to store, cafe, and restaurants. All around lovely stay.
