Come escape to Witches Lake! Our "Kozy Cabin" is located on 100 feet of frontage on super private, Witches Lake. Dog & Family Friendly! Great location right in the middle of the best supper clubs and restaurants the Northwoods has to offer. About 20 minutes from Minocqua, St. Germain & Boulder Junction! A quick 10 minute drive to Big Arbor Vitae boat ramp complete with a sandy beach frontage. ATV/UTV and snowmobile access right out the driveway!

This is our family cabin and is a great place to unplug and unwind and simply enjoy the serenity the Northwoods has to offer.

Stepping outside you'll enjoy a wooded private setting overlooking peaceful Witches Lake. Witches Lake is 32 acres, 40ft deep and features panfish, bass and walleye per the WDNR.

Steps off the deck and a trail lead to the private dock and mix of sand/rock frontage which is perfect for adults and for kids of all ages. Perfect for swimming and relaxing, a kayak or canoe ride!

You'll also enjoy easy access to the snowmobile and ATV/UTV trail systems offering literally hundreds of miles of groomed trails throughout northern Wisconsin and upper Michigan.

Occupancy: 8. Best suited for 1-2 families, or 3 couples or an adult trip with up to 8 of your friends.

Dock details: Private and seasonal. Dock is 30 ft long, with around 12 steps down to the lake.

Our stay was amazing. My family loved being in the north woods of Wisconsin. We had everything we needed in the cabin. Having kayaks to explore the lake was an added bonus. We enjoying biking, kayaking, swimming and exploring little towns around the area.

It was just what I was looking for. The cabin was spacious - we had 7 people and 2 dogs - and didn’t feel crowded. It was quiet and felt like you were in the middle of no where but only 15 minutes to shopping, restaurants, and more. The kitchen was well stocked with pots & pans, dishes, glassware, etc. They also provided a lot of the essentials like hand soap, paper towels, dish soap, etc. It was so nice to also have access to kayaks and a paddle boat!! We really enjoyed our stay!

Outstanding view and host!

Adorable quiet cabin in the woods with outstanding views! Very clean and beds were comfortable. Mellisa answered questions quickly and was very knowledgeable of the area.

Beautiful Lake, Nice Cabin

This is a nice rustic cabin on a beautiful lake. We used the kayaks and enjoyed paddling about the lake. Biking in the area is wonderful and we did that several days. All in all, it was a nice place to stay in a beautiful scenic area.

Great, hidden spot

Lovely cabin on a small lake. Plenty of space to accommodate our family. It had everything needed to make you feel like home. Very quiet and relaxing. Try to take the hardtop there, because the gravel road coming from Sayner is a bit bumpy.

Great Stay by the lake!

The cabin was perfect for a few family. The beds were comfortable! The amenities were as described. Upstairs shower/tub, is definitely a bathtub. Not really any shower. So I found myself going down stairs to use the other bathroom. Otherwise the property was great and comfortable!

Family get away

We have a sister and brother in law week every year. The cabin was nestled on a side road overlooking a lake. Simply relaxing looking at it from the deck. All rooms were ample in size. Able to make our food easily. Just a nice stay.

Relaxing and refreshing

This cabin was absolutely the perfect fit for our family! It was both cozy and welcoming. It's dog friendly but you'd never know it based on how clean it was. We enjoyed using the kayaks and making s'mores at the fire pit. Melissa was incredibly friendly and made our stay so stress free! We definitely enjoyed our vacation in Wisconsin this summer and look forward to our next trip.

Excellent Property

We found everything to be exactly as described by the property owner. The cabin was clean and equipped with everything to meet our needs. We brought two furry friends who were also very comfortable. We loved the lake view and were in easy driving distance of tremendous hiking and biking trails.

Family Get Away to the Lake

Wonderful home on the lake! Quiet, peaceful getaway - home was very clean! Very comfortable mattresses, loved being able to sleep with the windows open. We enjoyed the outside sitting area on the deck as well. Such a plus to be able to use the kayaks and paddle boat, lots of wildlife - the lake had a pair of loons! There were deer, wild turkey, golden eagle, coyote, skunk and of course fish - We also saw bald eagles while walking on the Bearskin trail from town. The added touch’s for our dogs was also very much appreciated. They enjoyed the balls and having their own elevated cot to lay on.

Great spot in a pretty secluded location!

We had a great stay and would recommend this house to all. It’s cozy yet has a lot of room for guests. It was recently updated with some great decorating touches. It is a steep hill to the lake but there are stairs and it’s level once you get down there. The house is down a beautiful winding road and feels very secluded once you get there. Place is pet friendly. The owners Ali provide some amenities that I’m not used to seeing in a rental. Coffee, creamer, and sweetener are provided as well as a large number of cold bottles of water. Loved the bathroom towels too - they were nice and soft!

great winter escape to the north woods

It was a lovely stay in a cozy cabin on the lake. Heads up: 1) the stairs are steep and slick so you are best to go barefoot while going up and down the stairs, but there is 1 bedroom downstairs for members who can't manage the stairs; it would be helpful if non-slip tape were to be put on the stairs to give more grip; 2) the indoor fireplace is non-functional. The place is charming and just the right size to give everyone space and encourage everyone to get outside. The nice touches of having both types of coffee makers on hand and the addition of creamers and sugar made it a sweet start to our stay. it was easy in and easy out. They had plenty of trash bags and dishwasher soap and rags to make cleaning easy and I really appreciated. beds were comfy and everything felt very clean. We built a bonfire and went snow shoeing around the lake; do be careful and wise when walking on ice as there were some spots that were thinner and would not be safe to walk on. A great spot for star gazing and listening to the ice pop in the silence of the night. because we traveled with kids, we wanted a place that had enough rooms to give everyone their own space but because one of the rooms had plenty of beds, the kids loved that we could have a "sleep over" and all have our own beds while sleeping in the same room. I would definitely stay here again.

Fall vaca

Enjoyed a beautiful week in the north woods complete with sunshine and northern lights. The cabin was very clean and comfortable and well-equipped. It’s set far enough from town that you feel like you are truly getting away from it all. Would definitely recommend!

Loons and Hummers!

We enjoyed the beautiful, quiet location. Melissa was available when needed. Cabin was cozy, clean and wifi was great. Steps to second floor are a bit slick so we used the outside steps for better access. We saw and heard many loons and hummers (with our portable feeder!) Great to have two fire pits (upper & lower) and kayaks available for the clear, sandy lake. A perfect place for a summer vacation!

Cozy Cabin

Melissa was very responsive to our needs and answered questions as soon as she got them. Cabin was nice and comfortable. Had plenty of supplies and the view of the lake was beautiful! It was a chilly weekend, but we played games and had smores by the campfire. We would love to come back when the weather is nicer!
