Disappointing :(

The unit was not cleaned very well. The unit had small ants in the living room but then again, it's Florida. The unit had mold in the both the showers upstairs. The shower in the main bedroom barely heated up to a warm temperature. 2 of the 3 bedrooms had hair on the bed linen. The unit had garbage (empty boxes) on the outside of the unit. The unit had a smoke detector that kept going off while we were there and we never heard from the owner. There were broken shade pieces on multiple blinds. There is a hole in the wall next to the bed in the bedroom downstairs. I spoke to their cleaning service and asked them to have the owner contact me but I never heard from the owner. The house is actually beautiful but I wish it would have been maintained better.

Nice place with a great host

The property description was exactly as listed. Very clean, well equiped and nicely decorated. We did run into an issue with the A/C but our host was super responsive and was able to get it resolved very quickly. We'd definitely stay here again.
