Welcome to our beautiful & fully equipped apartment in the heart of Hyderabad! Our central location makes us the perfect home base for exploring all that this vibrant city has to offer.
Our apartment itself is bright, modern, and fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Whether you're here for business or pleasure, our central location and comfortable accommodations make us the perfect choice for your stay.

The space
The apartment is located on the third floor of a newly constructed building. There is a staircase and a lift for easy access. We also have sufficient parking space inside and around the apartment.
LIVING & DINING
Our Apartment has a large living and dining area for you to spend your time as a family/group. There is a large 43inch smart TV with a FREE NETFLIX subscription for all your entertainment needs along with a high speed reliable FREE WiFi connection (200 Mbps).
BEDROOMS
There are three spacious bedrooms in the apartment. All of them have a double bed (with bedding and linen), wardrobe, and an air conditioner in 2 rooms. The master bedroom has an attached balcony with seating for you to relax and catch the sunset or take in some fresh air.
BATHROOMS
There are two bathrooms, all with showers and western style commodes. One common and one attached to the bedroom. All the bathrooms have running water throughout the day along with geysers for hot water.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully functional and comes equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, water purifier, hot water kettle, pressure cooker, cooking utensils, and cutlery and crockery. Essentially everything you need to prepare and serve yourselves a great meal.
UTILITY
The utility area has a washing machine, ironing table, and a clothes drying stand which can be used by the guests.
SAFETY
The apartment has a caretaker available 24x7. There are CCTV cameras in the common areas for additional security purposes.
In addition to our prime location, our apartment is fully furnished with modern amenities that will make your stay comfortable and convenient. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, our central location and comfortable accommodations provide the perfect home base for exploring all that Hyderabad has to offer.
Guest access
You will be able to access all parts of the apartment i.e. the living and dining areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony, and kitchen. You will also have access to the common areas in the apartment building.
Other things to note
âą All guests are required to submit a government approved photo ID prior to their check-in.
âą Cleaning services during the stay are included (Up to 3 time a week) for longer stays only. Also, cleaning supplies are provided inside the apartment for the guests to use.
