In the heart of downtown Stratford, close to theatres and restaurants. Comfortable, cozy quarters. Pleasant surroundings. Good storage for longer stays. Host was friendly and helpful. Try to complete necessary communications with host before you leave home because internet can be iffy.

The location is great, within walking distance of the main town and some theatres.We were grateful for the parking arrangements, as street parking was confusing ( to locals as well as us!)The loft is comfortable and except for the bedroom, spacious. Our only concern with the space was that the kitchen counters and cupboards were sticky and the pots etc did not appear very clean ( we did not cook there).The decor and vibe are cool:)Communication was prompt and respectful.

Be aware that the posting is misleading about the presence of a pool and gym. The rental does not give you access to them so they should not have been checked as part of the amenities. They are available at a close-by YMCA, but only if you decide to pay for a pass yourself. Other than that, the apartment is really located in the heart of downtown Stratford. Everything is walking distance from it. It is well kitted out, with lots of storage space. It was clean enough but not there were some stains on the sofa, as well as some dust on the less used surfaces and in the corners. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The kitchen comes with a great gas stove and an air fryer. The parking spot that comes with the listing is 5 minutes away and convenient enough.Very responsive host, very easy check in and check out processes.

Excellent location. Right downtown, and easy walking distance to all theatres. First rate kitchen with new appliances. Ample storage space for clothes, etc Would definitely recommend it for a hort term stay

The loft is well situated, near everything in Stratford. It was clean, well appointed and was exactly as described in the listing and pictures. I stayed 3 nights and would wholly recommend the place. Brenden was very quick to respond to any questions. As it is a loft, it is up a flight of stairs, which I felt were very easy to navigate. There is parking provided in an indoor lot which was 2 short blocks away. Should I find my myself back in the area, I would stay here again.

Stratford in September

It would have helped to have a photo and clear description of the 22 pretty steep stairs -we were only told there were not a lot of stairs and there was a handrail. Handrail very important for my husband who has mobility issues. He was able to manage but I had seen a photo of the same stairs for a different listing and rejected that place because of the photo! Otherwise place pretty comfortable and manager pretty available to respond to my texts when I had questions.

Great place to stay. I come for the Stratford Shakespeare festival and enjoy being able to go to the grocery store and make my own food between plays vs restaurants. Kitchen is well stocked with all my kitchen needs.
