We appreciate your feedback, but it is important to clarify that the only issue reported to us during your stay was the hot water concern. None of the other matters mentioned in your review—including ants, cookware, pool cleanliness, the backyard fence, or concerns about communication—were raised while the reservation was active. Because those concerns were not reported, we were never given the opportunity to inspect, verify, or address them during your stay. When the hot water issue was brought to our attention, we responded and attempted to coordinate service. Regarding guest-count confirmations and house-rule reminders, these are part of our standard property protection and reservation compliance process and are communicated to help prevent unauthorized guests, excessive noise, and other violations. We take legitimate concerns seriously, but it is unfair to suggest that multiple issues went unaddressed when most were only raised after checkout.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay didn't meet your expectations. Please be assured that our pest control team has fully addressed the bug issue. Our professional cleaning crew will ensure the property is in top shape for future guests, and we apologize for the oversight. The maintenance team has also resolved the TV volume issue. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again for a better experience.

We appreciate your feedback Chris. We apologize for the issues encountered during your stay. Pest control and maintenance team has since completed the necessary services in the property and all issues mentioned have been addressed. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

We hope you enjoyed your stay Q. You are welcome to stay with us anytime.
