Less than an hour from Mpls. Lake front cottage on Lake Ann. 3 bedroom 1 bath & a loft open to living room below w/4 twins. Water toys, yard games and a fire pit for the gorgeous sunset views. QUIET lake that is stocked yearly with fish, so bring your fishing gear! You can follow @frogcottagemn *Cabin has been updated & appears “modernized”, it is still very much a cabin. Water tank & septic, so must be conservative w/water & flushing (only tp)

VERY well stocked. Provided-TP, paper towels, Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels, linens,hair dryer, griddle, waffle iron, basic spices. 5 beach towels.
*Absolute 10 guest limit & 3 car max
Traditional coffee maker, toaster, griddle & waffle maker. Stocked kitchen. Hair dryer.
* Cabin has been updated & appears “modernized”, it is still very much a cabin. Water tank & septic, so must be conservative w/water & flushing (only tp & if comfortable preferably let “yellow mellow” occasionally), efficient showers etc..

3 car max. Absolutely no more than 10 respectful guests on the property.

Please note:
-please remove your shoes
-no wet bodies on indoor furniture
-no animals
-no candles
-no smoking
-no glitter or kinetic sand
-please be respectful of neighbors
-please keep noise to a minimum especially after 10pm
-No more than 3 cars allowed. 3 in driveway.
-Do not walk in neighbors yard
-No more than 10 guests allowed in home at anytime
-No Parties
-Patio blind must be turned from shade to open before use of other cord to fully open them.
-Do not put garbage in the fire pit
-If something breaks or there’s an issue please let us know. We understand things happen. It’s much more of a problem when we don’t know about it until the last minute.
