Villa 17 can comfortably accommodate 8 +2 guests and provides a spacious outdoor area that includes an outdoor kitchen with a big dining table, a whirlpool on upper floor's terrace overlooking the sea as well as a beautiful indoor swimming pool with a waterfall that you will never want to leave.

This newly built luxury Villa Viginti offers its guests a comfortable, relaxing and fun stay. The interior of the Villa is modern, elegant and cozy, so once you step inside you will feel just like at home.
*On the ground-floor is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, that has an extra wine fridge and an access to the outdoor kitchen/grill area with a big outdoor dining table.
There is also a beautiful, modern sleeping room with a king size bed, that has its own little living space, namely a comfortable couch (pull out sofa, where 2 persons can sleep) and a TV. On this floor there is also a spacious bathroom and an access to the garage.
*On the upper floor there are three bedrooms with king size beds. Every sleeping room has its own spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. On this floor there is a modern and elegant living room with an access to the terrace where the whirlpool and the sundeck chairs are. Just a perfect place to enjoy your evenings with a movie or in a whirlpool appreciating stunning sea view.
*In the basement of this Villa there is a fun area with a big, beautiful indoor swimming pool with a waterfall and the room next to the pool offers a cozy living area with a pool to play.
*Villa offers a private parking garage for one car, however there is a big open space (fenced) outside in front of the entrance where 3 more cars can park.
