This guest house has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a sofa bed, ideal space for 4 people. It has a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator and everything you need for your stay. This is the perfect location for your next Orlando vacation!

Bathroom: Shower, Hairdryer, towels, Soap, shampoo and bath gel.
Room: 1 sofa bed for 2 people. Smart TV with Roku, Dining for 4 people.
Kitchen: Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, top stove, toaster, blender coffee maker, waffle iron, crockery, glasses and cutlery. (Salt, Pepper, Coffee and Sugar).
Closet: Iron and ironing board, clothes hooks, extra sheets and pillows.
Laundry: Washer and Electric Dryer.

The entrance to the Guest House is the first door on the right. You can only access the unit through this door. You have access to parking 1 vehicle only from the right side of the parking lot. Do not use the left side of the parking lot as it is for the private use of the main house. Please do not use or knock on the back door as it is the private entrance to the main house.
Other notable aspects
To access the community you must use the QR code sent via chat, use the gate on the right side for VISITOR or LARGE VEHICLES. You will see a scanner on the driver's side where you must place the phone with the QR code to scan and the gate will open. Then, to enter the guest house, use the code sent via chat in the instructions.
