Disney Xmas Vacation

Our granddaughter asked for a Disney Xmas for her birthday present. We had a year to plan and checked out several properties that was pet friendly, had a pool and was close to the parks. The house in Emerald Island Resort popped up and fit our requirements. It was a great location and was a perfect vacation base! We couldn’t have picked a better place! The management company was a treat to work with and very responsive if needed. We definitely will be back to stay in Emerald Island Resorts in the future!

Nice neighborhood

Very nice community, however the listing should of noted that we need to pay a $20.00 fee for a card to enter the grounds. I only found out via email a couple of weeks prior to our visit. Not a deal killer but would of been nice to know.

Extra fees

The house was great, the extra fees NO. We were not aware that if we wanted to use the hot tub we would have to pay a fee to have the heat turned on, then a daily rate, then a shut off fee. It was mentioned in the email AFTER we booked this place. The person on the phone said “ every place in Florida charges for this”. First time I had to pay and now the last. But the house was nice and clean

Great stay

Property was amazing We were in contact with Jim, he was very fast in response to anything we needed. Club house has mini golf, another pool aside from your own, nice areas to walk your dog. Great place to bring family and pets.
