And with Sarasota Jungle Gardens within a half-mile stroll, a family of peacocks have been known to roam the neighborhood - sometimes even visiting the yard at Peacock Place!

Take morning walks on the Indian Trail or the Charles Heneger Memorial Nature Walk, and enjoy being conveniently close to the airport when coming and going. During your stay, be sure to check out the sandy shores of Siesta Key Beach and soak up the sunshine as your kids play around in the waters.

After a fun-filled day, head back to enjoy the finer things in life at this personal slice of paradise. Perfect for families, the house offers beach gear, a Pack-N-Play, and a well-equipped kitchen. The stainless steel appliances and thoughtful extras (including an air fryer) ensure you'll be effortlessly cooking up mealtime masterpieces. After hearty meals, relax on the patio with a cold drink and your favorite book in hand. With a smart TV (including a cable subscription and live TV streaming service) in the spacious living area, you'll be able to stream some of your favorite movies (with your own login credentials) straight from the comfort of the couch. Each night, take in a gorgeous view of the sunset over the bay.

At this Key West-style home, you'll also have an electric car charger that works for both Teslas and other non-Tesla electric cars, as well as an outdoor shower and a fence.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
