Walk to Bay Beach and a variety of local pubs and restaurants from this vintage Lake Erie cottage. Located in the quiet community of Crystal Beach, this nearly 100-year-old home offers authentic charm and a convenient location less than a half-mile from the beach and only 16 miles from the world-famous Niagara Falls. Situated on a spacious lot, the cottage boasts a private backyard complete with a grill, a shaded dining area, and a gas firepit.

Despite the home's century-old design, the inviting interior comes fully updated and furnished for modern guest comfort. The front sunroom offers a pleasant spot for morning coffee or a round of cards, while a plush sofa, a fireplace, and smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime in the open living area. The gorgeous full kitchen showcases beautiful countertops and all the major appliances you'll need for handling home cooking. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing location, cute property

The property is small but clean, neat and homely. It has everything you would need and the location is unreal, steps to the bars/restaurants/beach. The property is actually managed by a company called vacasa. They did not send me check in info so i had to call them whereupon they told me I had failed their ID verification check - which was never requested or mentioned previously. They never asked me for any ID. The local contact was out of cell coverage area and didnt respond until 9pm on dsy of check. Overall it was awesome other than the check in being really poor.

The property was clean and had all the amenities that we required: laundry, wi-fi, A/C, full kitchen with utensils, towels and bedding, etc.. This place is perfect for one adult and 2-3 children. Fortunately, my wife and oldest daughter did not come. I could not have shared that double bed with my wife. The best part was how close it is to Bay Beach and the local restaurants. We only used the car twice during the week. Both times to get groceries at the Independent grocery store. This place is perfectly located, cozy and charming. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a getaway to Crystal Beach.

Great spot in Crystal Beach

This cozy cottage had everything we needed for our mini-getaway. The location was ideal. We could walk to everything --the beach and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Perfect cottage for a beach getaway

We had a great stay at Mary Jane's Cottage in Crystal Beach. It was a perfect spot for our family of 4. The cottage was updated and had everything we need including central air! We were a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and a few playgrounds which was perfect for our toddlers. Looking forward to our next visit!

Crystal Beach get away

We really enjoyed Mary Janes cottage. The location was ideally close to the local restaurants and the beach. The cottage was clean and large enough for the four of us. The front sunroom was a really nice place to eat meals and play board games. We would recommend this location.

My son and I enjoyed this quiet spot
it’s location, lovely local businesses
Waffles and Crepes ♄  for morning coffee and treats by the beach. Going before prime season made this spot really enjoyable for a quiet beautiful family weekend for my son (12) and I. Lots of great parks in the area for kids.

Lovely cute little cottage, close to restaurants and the beach. Perfect for our girls get away. Will definitely consider this cottage again for future visits to crystal beach
