My family and I were upset with the cleanliness of this house. For starters, the minute you open the door it reeks of mildew. There was also a used coffee filter in the coffee pot that smelled horrible when we opened it. Additionally, there were roaches that we saw on walls, bathrooms, and in one of the kitchen cabinets. The grill was filthy. The dishes were dirty. And the living room couches were very uncomfortable. Highly disappointed.

Besides you no one noted roaches and no one complained about dirt. This is not an old house that has smell. Some guests do not need to rent houses. They need to rent 5 star hotels. Did you take pictures of the roaches. I frequently inspect the house and I do not agree . I need some pictures.

Nice quiet neighborhood!

The house was nice and clean. My only complaint was the tightness of the front door, I thought it was still locked. I had to literally through my body into it to get it to open. When leaving we had to grab the door knob with both hands and pull really hard. I would definitely stay here again but they need to get the door fixed.

So the owner never knew we were even staying for the weekend. The lent tray was full in the dryer and the ac completely stopped working the 2nd day and nothing was done. The ac filter was disgusting and hadn’t been changed in a very long time. I asked for a refund and I haven’t received anything. The owner said she sent $85 which I received nothing I want a FULL refund for not knowing my family was going to be there and ac going out. It was over 80 degrees in that house

Sorry Money was refunded. Even though owner was not aware. Property manager had the house ready. Ac issue raised after 9 pm and it was fixed in the morning. Thank you

A little surprised

We were a little surprised. Check in as at 4 but we didn’t get in to the house until almost 6 pm. The door code that as provided was invalid and we had to use a key from a lock box after reaching the owner.Then the information provided for the WiFi was also incorrect. I had to contact the owner for the correct info for wifi.Then the second bedroom had a half empty water bottle in the night stand, the pillows had a piece of caramel candy underneath it and was smeared on two pillows.The bedroom trash cans still had trash in them. We couldn’t locate the the tv remote for the master bedroom.The back yard was not mowed and we couldn’t grill because of the mosquitos.The house was nice, neighborhood and location were good but a little surprised with the conditions we walked into.

I really appreciate your input and issues will be taken care. Yes electronic log does not work and I always write that. Please use the lockbox. I will check the website again if information is not correct about Internet I will inform the Cleaner to do a better job. Thank you

there was a issue with the dryer and the gas grill somebody had put charcoal in it and it was a nasty mess so couldn't use it and one of the dresser drawer was all broken but for the most part everything else was fine and would rent again
