Located just steps from Sunset Beach on Treasure Island, this darling, nautical-themed retreat is ideal for your next small family beach retreat or romantic getaway for two! Venture out a bit to discover a number of popular local attractions including Big Event Slides, John's Pass Village & Boardwalk, Hubbard's Marina, and Smuggler's Cove Adventure Golf, all less than five miles from your door!

Originally built in 1921, this fully-updated cottage boasts a compact, but well-equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a living area with a beverage fridge and a streaming-capable TV ready for movie nights!

Outside, sink into the hammock in the enclosed yard on lazy afternoons. You'll also find a shared gas grill for when you want to spice up your home-cooked menu.

Friend described property as nice n cute. Had easy acces 2 fwy, scvs, beachs n airport. Had most of what was needed 2 enjoy our stay.

Excellent condo layout and location

Great location that is super close to the beach / eating spots / parks. The unit was spacious and very clean to match the photos. One minor issue was that the WiFi was not very fast and only really worked in the bedroom. It never seemed to work in the front room. Any questions were quickly answered by the host and I would stay here again.

Short walk to beach and food

Pros: The cottage was very clean. There were plenty of towels and kitchen ware. The air conditioners worked well to cool both rooms. (May want to tape up instructions for Living Room A/C. Cons: Previous tenants must have been big-time smokers. We hate the smell of cigarettes. We could not get that smell out of the LR despite spraying the place daily. The front door is swollen, therefore it was difficult to line up the automatic lock with limited time. The lock seemed difficult to push the buttons and I had not directions on how to use the combo lock. On our las day it seems the battery died and I had to make my 3rd call to customer service about the lock. They told me to leave I unlocked and their local team was aware. PLEASE replace the lounge chair with a hole in it on the back patio. It would also be nice if the cleaning crew wiped down the seats and tables in the common courtyard.

Great location, ok home

Location is 10/10. Beds are below average, I’d recommend bringing additional blankets for comfort. Home reeked of cigarettes even though it is a smoke free home.

Ok for a few nights

The cottage has a decent kitchen. It’s close to the beach but has no view of the water. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Bring beach towels, chairs, beach toys as they are not provided. It had a strong smoke odor when we stayed.

The property had a decent kitchen and location was about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Towels, beach chairs, etc were not provided which was surprising. The property has a very distinct odor of cigarette smoke that was unpleasant.
