The primary renter of this unit does have to be 25 or over.
The MariSol is directly on the beach and built close to the sand so you get stunning views of the water. You'll want to spend all your time on the balcony in awe of the views of the beach. Youâll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west.
This property features a gulf front living room. Being an end unit, this property has wrap around views from all over. The living room offers plenty of room for the whole family. It has a large flat screen TV.
The KITCHEN area is well equipped and gives you great views. Plus, it features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Itâs fully stocked so no matter whether youâre cooking your specialty or just fixing mac and cheese for the kids youâve got everything you need to please the family.
The DINING AREA comfortably seats 6 and offers beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.
The MASTER SUITE features luxurious KING bed and private bath. Thereâs plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious closets. Youâll notice the large SMART TV that makes for great viewing when youâre relaxing after an activity filled day in Panama City Beach. You can step out onto the balcony from the MASTER SUITE as well.
The SECOND bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and flat screen TV in the suite.
The THIRD BEDROOM is equipped with a twin over full bunkbed and a twin size bed. It has a flatscreen TV as well.
The 4TH BEDROOM or very large efficiency suite has a Queen SIZE bed. It has an en suite large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. It has a flatscreen TV as well.
The Washer/Dryer is conveniently located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
These bedrooms along with a pull out sleeper sofas allow the unit to easily sleep 12 comfortably including 3 complete baths.
PARKING: One pass for the covered reserved spot under the building, and an additional pass for the overflow lot across the street.
