We also appreciate your feedback about the driveway. It is a gravel driveway on a hill, so we always encourage guests to review the listing details before arrival. Under normal conditions, 2WD vehicles can access the property just fine, and our own housekeeping team regularly makes the drive in 2WD vehicles as well. Hey Megan, we're glad you enjoyed your stay with us. We try to be very transparent with our listing and what we provide to guests. Unfortunately this area of the RRG does not have the option to get fiber internet.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We're sorry that several small things added up to feel like the cabin was neglected. We have since replaced the outdoor chairs, fixed the bathroom door lock, and are looking into replacing the couch and shower glass. We are glad you still had an enjoyable time hanging out in the hot tub and hiking the private trails at sunrise and sunset!

We certainly understand that the steep driveway and walk up to the cabin can be challenging for some guests, and we appreciate you sharing your experience for future visitors. We're also very sorry to hear about the maintenance concerns and appreciate you bringing these to our attention. The loose toilet seats, appliance placement, lighting, and especially the missing smoke detector are all things we'll have our team look into. We'll also review the kitchen supplies to see where improvements can be made.
