About this space
Beautiful contemporary mountain house made of adobe, wood, and stone, in Los Alcanfores, at the foot of the Huitepec Mountain, sacred to the Mayans. At walking distance from the house, you will find the Natural Reserve where plenty of orchids and birds can be seen. The property is a thirty-minute walk to the city center and nearby you can find restaurants, gas stations, markets and shops. Enjoy with family or friends in a mountain refuge, with all the comfort and a huge garden.
The space
The house is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. It has big windows in each space, from where you can enjoy the views of a beautiful garden full of fruit trees. On the ground floor, yopen space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 6, living room, a studio with a chimney, a visitors' bath, and a bedroom with a full bathroom. The upstairs has a studio with a desk and the second room with a full bathroom with a tub. From the balcony of this room, you will enjoy the mountain view.
Other things to note
The property is located 400 m. from the Periférico, and it is a dust road. Any vehicle can access it with no difficulty.
