No parties at this location Quiet time after 9 pm While using the AC , please ensure windows are closed tightly in entire home or close the doors of the doors with open windows if you want aeration. Please use the washer and dryer with precaution not to place wet towels with sand to wash. Please bring back the patio cushions inside the home after use Please respect property and furnishings and check out leaving the home condition as it was given to you. Please use the amenities/appliances respectfully and cautiously. Make sure stove/oven/water faucets are turned off at checkout When leaving the house, please be sure all windows and doors are closed and locked .
There will be a $200 fine for washer or or dryer filled with sand. No smoking /no vaping/ no illicit drugs on this property. $250 fine if this rule is not followed. No pets at this property. If this is not followed , you will be fined $300 per pet .There is a $50 charge for lost keys. Please throw your trash in a garbage bag and seal. For longer term stays, you are expected to put the trash and recycle bin at curbside on Wednesday mornings or Tuesday evenings for trash pick up. Any damages to property or lost items will be billed. We take pictures before each guest arrival. No smoking or vaping, no illicit drugs use. There is an extra charge of $250 if the home smells like smoke or ash found anywhere in the home/patio/yard. No parties at this location please. Government ID may be required. Only free movies are included via ROKU PS: There is security camera at this location. Neighbors have called police on other homes nearby. We have a Strict Policy for maximum 6 occupants and no parties at this location.
