Great location. Super convenient parking. Loved the strong wifi. Loved the size of the place. Loved the balcony. Appreciated the ease of check in/out. Would prefer a step stool for the tall cabinets.

Much Appreciated!

Location is 10/10!!! It was so nice being able to walk downtown whenever we wanted around our one year old's schedule & not have to worry about time wasted in the car. Very large open space & very clean, which was most appreciated being that we have a little one crawling everywhere! Only complaints- the seating/living room area is not comfortable when you do have to stay in. The baking pans are very flaky, we had pieces in our food even after scrubbing prior to use. There was a broom but no pan to sweep into which made clean up a little difficult after our one year old ate. Very minimal kitchen supplies but we were able to make it work for the time being. We would absolutely recommend & stay again! Only complaints- seating

Great location

The location of this property was great. It was right on the main street within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Plenty of parking and the rental was clean. I would stay there again.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay! Such a great location, close to everything. Kitchen was fully stocked except didn’t have large pot (that we could find) to make spaghetti. Great balcony, great bathroom with rain shower. Parked within 1/2 a block of the apartment. Would love to stay again!

The property was exactly as advertised. It was spacious, for a loft, clean and well outfitted for our needs. The location was amazing and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the people in the evening. We would definitely recommend and rent again.

Estes Park Stay

My husband and I were visiting Estes Park to go to Rocky Mountain National Park. The loft was the perfect location to get to the park - it was just a few miles away from one of the park entrances. The loft was also close to restaurants and shopping. Parking was easy as well.

Perfect Location for a RMNP Trip

The location of this property is amazing. We would spend all day in the park, and then come back and easily walk around Estes Park from this loft. Felt very safe and so fun to sit on the balcony and people watch too. It was nice to unload our car right by the entrance to the building, and parking was pretty close. We were there in August and never had trouble finding a parking spot.

Perfect location!

We had a lovely weekend stay at this loft. The location cannot be beat, parking was convenient and the ability to walk out the door and be among shops and restaurants was perfect. The balcony overlooking the Main Street was nice too. The loft was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed.

Adventure Headquarters

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful modern apartment in the middle of Estes Park. Everything in town was walkable and it was a short drive to get into Rocky Mountain national park for the days adventure. Having a large parking lot behind the building was definitely an added benefit.

Do NOT book for more than 2 people

Great location and great space….if there are only two of you. The listing described 1 king bed and 1 queen bed as a pull out couch and that is not what it was. The bottom of the couch folds over and you have a hard slab to sleep on. Also, when I messaged the owner with a couple questions I never got a response. The shower doesn’t drain at all so you stand in a puddle of dirty water and there are no hand or face towels.

Stay in Estes Park

The loft was in a great location with easy access to all the shops and restaurants in Estes Park. It was very convenient to enter RMNP and had plenty of room to relax. The balcony was great to sit out on in the evening. We did have some issues with the shower not draining correctly but this was by no means a deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Hiking, climbing and any outdoor activities are right out the front door and one could spend years exploring the miles of trails in the National Forest and Rocky Mountain National Park. This loft is ideally situated in the heart of downtown and just a few minutes drive from RMNP, giving guests the best that Estes Park has to offer.

Sitting on the deck in the morning sun was my favorite thing to do. The great room also has so much light, it almost feels like being outside. This property is one-of-a-kind in Estes Park, for those with a love of the mountains, but aren't the 'cabin' type. It's a great combination of a mountain getaway with all the amenities you'd expect from a luxury property.
