The Waterfront Hideaway awaits

This courtyard villa home with gorgeous water view is exactly what you want in your next vacation to The Villages! This home is located in the Village of Monarch Grove tucked away at the end of the street allowing for extra parking for your fun visitors. Two golf carts are available for use during your stay. You can enjoy golf, tennis, pickleball, swimming, and any many activities. Close to Sawgrass Grove square with daily live music and restaurants. Four other squares nearby to enjoy too!
Other things to note
There are three pools very close. The house is .9 miles to adult pool at Swallowtail rec center, 1.1 miles to family pool and Rupert dog park at Riverbend rec center, and 1.4 miles from another adult pool at Willow Tree rec center. Golf courses, tennis courts, and pickleball courts everywhere!

GOOD COMUNICATION

Had a few issues that were rectified after a phone call to owner, rest of stay was great. Golf cart was fun, location was good and price was right.

Great house

Exceeded our expectations. First time using VRBO. House was beautiful spacious and clean. Stocked with everything imaginable. Golf cart was an added bonus. Lisa was wonderful to work with. Can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely perfect house

This house was amazing! Great secluded location close to many rec centers and pools. Master mattress was the best I’ve ever slept on- Tempur-pedic. AC garage was a really nice feature. The house has everything you would need- very well stocked kitchen. Lisa was a great communicator. We had a terrific vacation!

Nice location

Nice location with a lot of privacy. Easy check-in process. The place was well stocked with items we needed. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Beautiful property, excellent vacation experience

The house is beautifully decorated and well equipped for all your needs. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Convenient location being able to get to the stores and activities with the golf cart. Overall five stars and I would rate higher if it was an option. I would love to re-rent if we go back to this area.
