Home Features

The home includes central air conditioning and heating, a washer and dryer, iron, hairdryer, and driveway parking for your convenience.

Sleeping Arrangements
The layout includes two king-size beds, one queen bed, two full-size beds, and two twin beds—making it ideal for large families or groups. All bedrooms include flat-screen TVs, and carpeted floors offer extra comfort upstairs and in the bedrooms.

Starter Kit Provided
Guests will find a complimentary starter kit with one paper towel roll, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, trash bags, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each full bathroom. As a self-catering home, guests are encouraged to visit a nearby supermarket for additional items.

Guests have full access to the resort's clubhouse, fitness center, arcade, tiki bar, resort-style pool with lazy river and waterslide, sports courts, and a 10,000 sq. ft. community center. The gated entrance provides 24/7 security for peace of mind.

Check-In & Additional Info
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pool and spa heat is available for $50 per day and must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival. BBQ grill rental is $80 (propane not included). Smoking and pets are not allowed, and violations incur a minimum $400 fee. Excessive or double cleaning will result in a $100 cleaning fee. A high chair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request with 72 hours' notice.

Community Access & Parking Policy
All guests must stop at the guardhouse on Tripoli Ct. to check in and receive a proxy card for gated entry. Gate codes are deactivated in Phase 2 and a proxy card is required for access. Proxy cards will deactivate at 10:00 AM on your check-out day. Beginning August 1, 2025, a $20 vehicle use fee per car will apply unless otherwise exempt. This property allows up to three vehicles. Off-site parking is required for any additional cars.
