The condo was wonderful. Sunsets from the recliner in living room the best. Had some strange noises from hot water heater but Donna was so helpful. Our only complaint was the renters above us playing loud rap and smoking weed. But those sunsets

Crystal Shores West #1308 2024

Superb condo, supreme furniture inside and out! Living room furniture and balcony furniture alone added significantly to our stay. The beds were comfortable, and everyone slept well. The views from 1308 are spectacular! The walk to the beach is only steps away. We couldn't be more pleased. I am very impressed with this property.

Fall break

We took our family for our first trip during the fall to Gulf Shores and we had the best time! The condo was perfect, amazing views. Plenty of space, clean, great beach and pool! We had an amazing time and would stay there again for sure!

Fantastic week at the beach

I have been to Gulf Shoes numerous times, and this is by far my favorite condo. The mattresses are very comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, the views were fantastic, the best outdoor furniture,and we had a very fine trip. We paid attention to the too warm comments and partially closed the blinds in the early afternoon and did not have a problem. Only things I missed were some throw pillows for the chairs and throw blankets.

We love Crystal Shores West

This is the 2nd condo we have stayed at and had nothing but a great time! Although both condos were managed by different companies the property and customer service has been great! We stayed for the nationals softball tournament and the other family’s of our team are repeat visitors who enjoy the property as well!

Great unit- only one complaint

The unit itself was great. Nicely furnished inside and on the patio. Spacious enough for our entire party and the boardwalk to the beach was a short distance. The biggest complaint our group had was the elevators. They were AWFUL! Constantly getting stuck and having glitches. The elevators had no air conditioning and did not even have fans inside to circulate air! Our last night the elevators got stuck(again) and we had to use the stairs to reach our unit on the 13th floor. (No air conditioning in the stair well either) IF the elevator situation was fixed, I would consider staying here again.

Wow the view

What an amazing stay we had. The views are spectacular. We saw dolphins playing, a group of grouper swam by, 1 sand shark and some stingray. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony and reading there during late afternoon. The location was perfect for all we wanted to see. Very satisfied with our stay.

Excellent location!

Property was very spacious. Beautiful views from the corner balcony. Prompt responses when needed to reach out to management company. Enjoyed the game room and also being right on the beach! Fun to see the pelicans fly right by the window daily. Pool is on east side of the building so it gets shaded later in the day. Hot tub always a great way to end the day though, and when time to take a break from the sun.

Comfortable Downtime Accommodations

The unit is spacious and functional with good flow. The living room furniture was very comfortable (four recliners). The views from this corner unit with the wrap around balcony were amazing! From the balcony we saw dolphins, sharks, stingrays, schools of fish, and a variety of birds. AC was cold and water pressure was strong. Washer/dryer were large capacity. Access to the beach & pool/hot tub were easy and close, basically get off the elevator & take 35 steps and you’re on the beach! Easy access hose and shower to get sand off your feet and gear before leaving the beach.

Awesome!

This was my third rental at Crystal Shores and it was the best one. The entire complex is in the midst of upgrades around the building. Unlike the first visit where only one elevator worked both were in operation. The weather was very cold while there so the fact that the pool and hot tub were being resurfaced wasn't an issue. The condo itself was very comfortable, clean and well furnished. As a corner unit the view of the gulf is stunning particularly sunrise and sunset. I will be returning in the summer for sure.

Crystal Shores West 1308 Corner view.

Beautiful place to watch the Sun rise and set. Watch the dolphins and pelicans search for fish. Clean and relaxing this condo is a great place to get away from the rest of the world. Great place for a couple or family. Great access to the beach and not to far from many other attractions. We will definitely be staying here again.

It was nice

Beds were amazingly comfortable. Furniture a little worn and the bathroom base boards in the master bathroom, could use a good scrubbing. The curtain inside the shower was super cheat and torn in some areas, and the tub kept clogging up. By the time we got done with our shower in the master bath, the water would be way up past our ankles. Definitely needs to be better maintained and a good cleaning all throughout the condo! Especially the cabinets in the kitchen and the base boards in the master bath. And definitely make sure you bring even salt and pepper, because not even that is provided at the condo.
