Upon entering this snowbird-friendly home away from home, you will encounter a welcoming open floor plan with an attached enclosed balcony with lawn and tree views and a nice outdoor dining area. The cozy, air-conditioned living room invites you to spread out comfortably and relax. Watch a favorite show or movie on the smart TV with streaming and cable services, share memorable times with your loved ones, or simply unwind and plan your next adventures. The full kitchen is complete with all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals and snacks on the go for the group. A stacked washer/dryer allows you to pack lightly and even plan an extended stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
