The views are incredible!

This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed! The views are incredible, and the house was exactly as described. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and the pool. There were multiple gathering spaces, so our group had plenty of space to spend time together. Jim was great with communication and our check in/check out process went very smoothly.

Beautiful stay!

Beautiful stay. Beds are extremely comfortable and the sunset is a must see. Hot tub wasn’t heating the first day, but they were very attentive and offered solutions quickly! It worked for the remainder of the trip. Drive up to the house is intense, but so amazing.

Beautiful Space && views. Very close to all main attractions. Host was very responsive to all questions we had. The place has everything thing you need and is big enough for the perfect family trip. The indoor pool is a major bonus for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay && look forward to booking with you all again !

Loved the stay at this place, can’t wait to be there again. The house was gorgeous, and the views itself were beautiful. The house was full of things that we needed and things to keep us occupied. The kitchen was clean and had everything that we needed for the stay, plates, utilities, and also kiddie plates etc. The pool was nice and clean as well, the kids enjoyed spending most of their time there. Rest for the Weary

We could not have picked a more perfect home to stay in! We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and three birthdays. We relaxed, had fun and had just an amazing time! Jim and Jessica made sure that our stay was everything that you could hope for. We were sad to leave and can't wait to visit again!

This cabin was the nicest place to date!

We have stayed in the area many times and this was the nicest place to date! The heated pool is actually heated and extremely enjoyable. Very clean house, comfortable bed, a kitchen that is stocked with quality items and views of the Smokies that is fantastic!! It would be a great place to host several families or your kids and grandkids. We will definitely be returning to Phoenix Lodge!!

The host went above and beyond to make sure we were ok!

We booked this cabin for a family get together with our children and grandchildren. When we arrived the weather forecast was calling for snow which was no biggie being that we live in the mountains of WV . However we did not realize the state of Tennesee does not know anything about snow removal! We ended up with about three inches of snow which doesn't seem like alot but when your on top of the mountain and no snow removal guess what... you get snowed in for 3 days or until the sun melts the snow. Thankfully we did gather a few pervisions to keep us from starving. But Jim went above and beyond to make sure we were ok, Jim had extra blankets and water delivered the day before the snow storm just in case we lost power which thankfully we didn't. This cabin had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable the bedrooms were plenty big and the beds were super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked. All things considered we enjoyed spending much needed quality time with each other

Cabin looked just as good as the pictures. The views and pool are incredible. The team that hosts the cabin are fantastic and will respond within the hour of messaging. Drinking morning coffee on the deck and watching the scenery is next to none.

Memories to last . . .

Hosts were very gracious and responsive, thank you Jim and Jessica for sharing your wonderful home with us. We enjoyed every minute from our arrival through departure. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our family of ten. Outside activities were limited due to wind and cold snap but inside was cozy with the fireplaces and heated pool. We found everything needed for cooking Thanksgiving feast in the well appointed kitchen. We definitely want to come back.

Beautiful View, Comfortable and Welcoming Home!

We had a family vacation as my mom remembered the Smoky Mountains fondly from her childhood trips with my grandparents. The rest of us had never been but what a wonderful surprise! Beautiful view, comfortable and welcoming home, and a great time with lots to do in the house!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix Lodge. The view was unbelievable as advertised. The lodge was beautifully decorated and had lots of room for all of us. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool. Also, to the delight of our 3 yr. old grandson, we saw a bear on the last day of our stay! Jim and Jessica were great hosts. Thanks for sharing your home with us :)
