Stay in this nice home- well appointed, clean and comfortable. Modern appliances, everything you need in the kitchen. Easy access to highway and close to plenty of shopping and restaurants but without the high price of closer to DC. Enjoy this house!

Well equipped and a good location for exploring DC

It was clean and comfortable and had all that you could want for a stay in the DC area. It is close to Vienna Metro for commuting into DC. It was well equipped and the free coffee pods were a nice addition.

House definitely needs a cleaning overhaul! Pots and pans are “well used” as in handles are loose and almost falling off. Copious amount of flies, both alive and dead, in all the rooms. Rat poop in the water heater storage closet that has a sliding door on it in the downstairs bedroom. Upstairs fan doesn’t work in one of the bedrooms causing it to be uncomfortably warm for sleeping. Upstairs bathroom would not drain and both bathrooms contained large amounts of mold both in the shower itself and the shower curtains. Dans in both bathrooms are so caked with dust they don’t do any good. Dryer was so full of lint that the trap wouldn’t go all the way in. No extra blankets or pillows. Overall many fire hazards and ultimately health hazards and in our option not worth the money we paid to stay there. Overall, the host was responsive to the messages I sent so that was good.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in DC area

The place is located very close to I66 & to Dulles Airport, the place was squeaky clean when arrived, Amenities exactly as described in the add, the neighborhood and neighbors are very friends. well equipped kitchen, having 2 & 1/2 toilets was very convenient. Overall the place is great.

Conference travel

This property was excellent. It was convenient to the conference center in Chantilly. There were 4 of us so 4 bedrooms gave us independent space and lovely shared space. The owner was amazing and communicated so quickly answering all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again!
