A perfectly quiet and cozy place to call 'home' for a few days. Savannah had all the necessities and nothing was overlooked from the tidiness to the comfortability. We would definitely book this 'cozy cottage' again!!

If I was to have a VRBO rental, I would have one just like this! So neat, clean, and very tastefully decorated. I also like the location. Parkville is the cutest town. Our only complaint was the comfort of the mattresses. Mattresses are a personal preference, so that doesn't change my rating. It was just very soft and bouncy and we tended to roll towards the middle. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Cozy Place to Stay

This was a lovely little rental for my husband and I to stay at. I loved the town it was in and it was really convenient to get to the places we needed to. We had a small snow storm and the property owner was quick to respond and send someone over to sweep and salt the walk way. We are definitely happy with our stay.

Perfectly cute house!

Such a cute little house! Beautifully decorated and impeccably clean!! The owner was very attentive to our needs! Was a perfect home base for a friends reunion. Close to super cute old town area with lots of shops and restaurants! Our weekend was wonderful!!

Not a place to come back too

Clean and welcoming. When you enter the door you are blasted with perfume spray or cleaner which is enough to take your breath away. I wish we were told this was a duplex and not a house as listed. A day before we were to come, the owner told us we couldn’t leave our dog. Luckily we had a crate and she ended up allowing us too. We wouldn’t have booked if we couldn’t leave the dog there. We were only there to sleep so we never used any appliances. The beds were awful. We kept sinking to the middle. The road noise next to us was super loud.

Very Enjoyable Cozy Stay

We had a nice time at Savannah’s place. She was very responsive and helpful. The home was clean and had everything available as advertised. Ive got to say I wanted to steal the pillows. The bed was great but the pillows were perfect for me. Savannah does a great job communicating and responds quickly. We loved the place and would stay here again.

We were in KC for two days. In town to watch the COPA AMERICA game. Great location for down town visit. Great having a number of local food options.

Great location

We were in town for a baseball tournament and it was no more than 20 min to the ball fields and only 30 minutes to Kaufman Stadium to see the Royals play.

Cozy Relaxation

The moment we opened the door it was welcoming and made us feel welcome. The beds were comfortable, shower was warm with great water pressure, kitchen had everything we needed and the back porch was relaxing. Savannah was so helpful even afterward when we forgot something there. Great stay!

The duplex was decorated perfectly darling, cozy and comfortable for our stay in Parkville. Savannah was immediately responsive and helpful with our question. Would definitely stay here again.

Little cozy getaway.

Great stay. Communication with property manager was great. Cute and very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was great in shower. Would stay again.

Cute and Cozy

This place exceeded my expectations. My friends and i kept saying this place reminded us of something out of a story book. It is the cutest place and it felt so cozy. It was perfect for two couples. Enough towels, fully stocked kitchen, nice backyard with patio. The location is great, just a few mins down to parkville and short drive to any interstate to get anywhere in KC. I will definitely be saving this place for any future trips to KC!

Cute place

Savannah is a great host. Very quick to respond to any questions we have. The house is a duplex and is in Parkville (about 25 minutes drive to KC). There is a very nice park very close by with great walking paths by the Missouri River. There is a college in the town with beautiful architecture. We were able to attend a free concert at university when we were there.

Best place in Parkville - We will be back

From start to finish everything about this stay was exceptional. We were in town to visit family and the weather was absolutely horrible with highs being below zero. But even with that we enjoyed our stay immensely super clean great location easy access to the unit and great communications with the property manager, the terrible weather could’ve made a bad trip but the combination of the coziness and the location of the rental really help make it a great weekend would definitely stay again thank you again

Wedding Weekend

Perfect location for a wedding we attended in Parkville. Loved being so close to a beautiful park, trail, disc golf course and dog park! The cozy cottage was perfect for us and Savannah was a wonderful host. Would recommend this property to anyone needing accommodations for an overnight in Parkville.

Cute and cozy place

This house was beautiful and well located. Savannah was an amazing and attentive host, answering questions quickly. She was very willing to make accommodations for us and was so kind. We would highly recommend this gorgeous house to anyone!
