Hemmet är trevligt inredda med nya sovrum uppsättningar, madrasser och sängkläder, stor matsal set, familjerum möbler, stora platt-tv (50 "vardagsrummet & 40" i master), utemöbler och trådlöst internet. Sovrummet har en promenad ut reglaget till poolen uteplats, klädkammare och badrum. Alla rum har fans.
Området ligger några minuter söder om I-10, som ger enkel tillgång till restauranger, shopping, golf, biografer, vårträning baseball parker, NASCAR, och vandring. Området har flera parker som inkluderar basketplaner, lekredskap, picknick anläggningar och stora gräs öppna ytor. Ou Getaway!!

This home was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Everything was set up to where is made sense as far as things used and things needed. The teens had a good time, we had a good time. Not much more we could ask for. Two thumbs up from the Ewing's!!

Very Nice Home

Pictures of the house were very helpful in making our decision. The pool was heated, clean and used by all 4 adults and two teenagers who were in attendance. Everyone found the beds comfortable and each room has plenty of space. Kitchen had everything we needed including plenty of dishes and silverware which meant we didn’t need to hand wash in order to ensure there’s enough for a meal. The owners of the home, Roger and Molly were quick to respond when we had a couple of questions! It was apparent they wanted to ensure we enjoyed our time! There was also a booklet that provided excellent information with photos about the pool operation along with information about heating and cooling the home. It also included information about the operation of the TV, DVD, cable box and sound bar in the living room and the TV in the master bedroom. Plus there was lots of information about things to do in the area which helped us enjoy our time even more. This is definitely a home we would stay at again!!

As advertised. Great for spring training!

Everything was as advertised. Very well equipped home (probably best I've ever experienced) from kitchen to linens, etc. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to about everything. Super convenient to Goodyear ballpark, and easy drive to most other ballparks for spring training. Easy access to I-10. Pool was nice and warm! Enjoyed sitting out back in the mornings!

Great location

This is the second time staying at Roger's house. It was perfect for Guardians spring training. It is close to many good restaurants and just a mile from the interstate.The beds are very comfortable. The cotton sheets were a very welcome improvement over microfiber and polyester in most rentals. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths.The kitchen was well stocked with enough dishes, cups and glasses for a party of 8. There was also plenty of cooking supplies. Although it was too cool to use the pool, it was very inviting. There is also a table and chairs which is nice for morning coffee or tea. The pool table provided for some fun entertainment in the evenings.The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Parking is easy in the driveway or on the street. Entry is also easy with a keyless lock. Communication with Roger was easy and he was always quick to respond.I cannot think of any negatives and hope to be able to stay here again for 2026 spring training.

Amazing Home

This home was so well stocked and was very clean. Roger was easy to get in touch with. The pool was nice, especially because it was heated. All in all, we would definitely rent again if we needed a 4 bedroom.

Really enjoyed our stay here!

This is a great place to stay. The owner was great and communicated well with us during the whole process. Lovely neighborhood and golf course community conveniently located to everything we needed. The house itself was great - comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, spacious living room - all well decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the pool table and backyard area as well. Highly recommend this gem of a house if you are looking for a nice place to stay.

Great extended winter get away.

The home was well appointed with quality linens, towels, kitchen utensils and dishes. The lay out of the home was very good, allowing for privacy for various age groups. The pool was fun, and well maintained. Our grandkids had a good time in both the pool and using the game room. Roger was very easy to communicate with and attended to the couple items we needed his help with, on a timely and personal level. The whole experience made for our two plus month winter stay most enjoyable.

The keyless entry was a bit hard to do because it didn't always work the 1st time but other than that the owners were very responsive and made sure all needs were met no matter the time I truly appreciate the hospitality that was given

Great Stay

This property was perfect for our family. We were able to host Thanksgiving and had plenty of space to visit and reconnect. Ralph was responsive and answered any questions we had. I would recommend this property!

Lovely Home

This property was a perfect home base for an extended wedding weekend. The house was the perfect size for our group and the pool made it easy to relax during our down time. Overall it was a lovely stay.

Great vacation home

Our blended family loved this home! My youngest said the pool was the best part of our entire trip. The pool table was also a big hit. The home provided a good place to “be” with our family.

Wonderful

We loved this rental. It felt luxurious. The pool was fantastic. Even though there were neighbors on both sides, it had a sense of privacy. Right on the golf course. Enjoyed the pool table. Very roomy. Nice kitchen.

awesome!

Roger is awesome. Very easy to get in touch with.! We brought our children (ages 5,4,&2) they were all very well entertained and enjoyed the stay. Pool, satellite tv, games, ect. The house is beautiful. I was worried about the location, but pleasantly surprised at how friendly and quiet everyone was. The neighbor has the most beautiful husky I've ever seen. My kids loved playing with him through the fence. And everyone we came into contact with was super nice. Plenty of stores, restaurants, and activities near by. Be careful of the golf ball's lol we had a few land in the pool while we were swimming (as to be expected on a golf range) thankfully no one was hurt and we made it into a fun game, of diving diving down to get the balls. The beds are extremely comfortable, plenty of towels and linens. Furniture is nice and plenty of room to hang/store things. I would recommend bringing any cleaning supplies, toiletries, ect. That you made need. The owners pay a cleaning crew to clean the property. I personally would find a new company but i am also very ocd when it comes to cleaning. It seems as if they do bare minimum cleaning or only clean what's in direct sight. Obviously no fault of the owners. They are trusting that their home is being well cleaned and stalked. Overall we had a wonderful time. We would most definitely stay again. And I'd recommend anyone who's looking at this home, to go ahead and book it.

Comfortable place to stay while my son recovers from surgery

Roger is accomodating, and easy to communicate with. The house is clean and beds comfortable. There are many extra blankets, pillows and towels. The pool was nice for the evening time. Nice sized tv and game room. Plenty comfortable while my son recovers from surgery. I highly recommend, and would stay here again.

My wife and I have lived in Washington State all our lives. We are raising three boys who are very active. The picture is of our boys on Easter morning during our spring break visit in 2012.

We all love the sun and as you may know we don’t see much sun in Washington. We decided to purchase a 2nd home here to appreciate now and during retirement. There are so many things we enjoy in the Phoenix area and throughout Arizona such as golf, walking/hiking,swimming and baseball. Other areas we enjoy are Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon.

We selected this house because of the neighborhood, floor plan, privacy in the backyard and the golf course. The City of Avondale has a small city feel and centrally located for the west Phoenix activities. The Coldwater Springs community is a safe quiet neighborhood full of great families who are friendly and helpful.
