House at 3408 thistle ave toms river NJ sits right on the water (tributary to barnegat bay) and is located in a quiet neighborhood. 2 beds 1 bath (king size/queen size beds). It is the 1st floor of a duplex (quiet young couple lives on second floor). Property has sperate entrances for top and bottom floor to ensure privacy of guests. Renters will have access to dock 2 kayaks 1 bicycle and a boogie board for beach and bay fun. Guests are also able to fish and crab right from dock in back yard. House is 5 min drive from seaside heights, 5 min from catus Island and 10 min from island beach state park. There are outdoor picnic tables charcoal barbeque and small fire place for outside dining and relaxing. House has wifi/ tv and fire stick remote with access to Netflix and other streaming networks. Also a few board games provided. Property is available at $250 a night Mon thru thurs and $325 a night fri thru sun. Holiday rates may differ. There is a 4 night minimum stay and prices may fluctuate as it gets later in the season. There is also a 15% discount for renters that stay a week or longer. The house is professionally cleaned between guests we do not charge a cleaning fee but leaving a tip for them is appreciated. We do ask that you keep the place broom cleaned condition when you leave or an extra charge may be applicable. Guest will also be responsible for any damages caused to the property during stay.
