There are two spacious living rooms in this home, as well as a separate game room in the basement and another Game Room/Living room combo on the main level. Perfect for family of all ages to enjoy. There’s a total of 3000 sq feet of furnished space in this home.

This home is perfect for entertaining, relaxing and has it all! Come and enjoy!

We require a copy of each guests ID upon booking, as well as 8 guests max at the home including visitors.

A welcoming home!

We stayed here for a weekend baseball tournament and enjoyed it! The host were responsive before our stay and everything was great! We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in Peoria

Inside is very clean and nice. Bathrooms could use some updating and the same with the outside of the house and landscaping.Overall it was a great place to stay in Peoria.

Great hosts and great beds

My family was in town for a funeral. The owners were amazing and very accommodating. Some of the ceilings are low but the house is very comfortable.

Perfect Quite Spot for Weekend Trip

Our group of 8 had plenty of space to spread out and we slept well after our activities in the city. Everything in the house was very clean, and we appreciated the shoes-off policy too. An added bonus was that there were k-cups for coffee and a few snacks stocked to get us started in the mornings.

Perfect house for a family!

This house was everything we needed for our stay! Well equipped and clean with very comfortable beds! The kids loved the play area, the adulta enjoyed the backyard and big screens! Overall, just an all around great time!

Softball Tournament

Location is perfect for any travel team playing at Louisville Slugger Complex. It was an 8 min drive to the house. Beds were comfortable, the house was clean, we loved the Air Hockey and game table downstairs. We stayed with 5 adults and 3 kids perfect size house! We will definitely be back next year!!!

OK but a couple of issues.

The stay was as expected except for a couple of issues we had. The yard was so overgrown with tall weeds that it was hard for our small dog to do her business. We had to keep all food tightly sealed in plastic bags at all times as there were ants in the kitchen. The ants would also swarm our dogs food when we set it down.

Wow! Wonderful Stay and Beautiful Space

This house was absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean. The space was large, well thought out, and airy with lots of windows and everything was updated very nicely. My family stayed here and there was enough room for everyone, plenty to do with the game tables and tv's and it was convenient to stores and restaurants. The host was very easy to talk to and very communicative. He made sure we knew everything we needed to get in and out of the house and that we were clear on what we needed to do for check out. He was also ready to answer any questions I had. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
