We enjoyed the property, but the camera in the back yard was concerning as it faced the hot tub. I know it was directed at the back gate, and I understand the need for security. It was just a little unsettling. Communication with the host was timely and smooth. The property was very clean and welcoming.

We came here to bury my dad; the host were amazing and house made us all feel so comfortable in a hard time of need! We would definitely stay here again if needed

The house was very clean and just as described. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were all very comfortable. Although the neighborhood was a bit unkept, we felt very safe and it was quiet. The Hot-tub was Glorious! The backyard is a very secluded and nice place to hang out or have morning coffee. The fire pit did not work, but I believe it’s because we had rain the day before. We were within 10-20 minutes from downtown, old downtown and Garden of the Gods. Great location. Grocery was super close. We definitely did experience the smell of cannabis from the neighbors but it made us giggle and it did not alter any of our activities at all. We definitely would return to this home.

Great place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the hosts were very helpful throughout the visit if needed and the house had everything we needed for our stay. We are excited to come back for the other dates we have planned.

Really nice home, with very comfortable beds. Very spacious, slept our eight family members delightfully. The added hot tub was a touch of class in which we enjoyed daily. Lots to do and see within a short drive or walk. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting Colorado Springs.

House had everything we needed and was conveniently located to see the sights and next to plenty of grocery options. Beds were super comfortable after a day of walking. There was an extra insurance policy requirement which bumps the price up which I did not expect. Had to purchase a policy for 89 or do a 3,000.00 retainer that is refundable at owner's discretion. You have to make that choice at booking.We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for offering your home!

Great spring break trip!

Me and 6 other friends stayed in this home! The location was right by a Safeway and in a great middle location for all events we went to! The check in process was very easy and very quick pick up as well! We had a great time here!

We came to town for a girls fun run and weekend getaway and this house was just the right size. Very clean, well appointed for just what we needed. Great house!

Convenient location with comfortable beds. The only downfall was the strong smell of weed outside. We were only able to enjoy the hot tub for a short while due to the strong smell.
