The Art House PCB is VERY beach front condo on the second floor in the quieter section of Edgewater Beach Resort - the Windward Building. With a private balcony and sleeping options for 8, The Art House PCB offers a unique experience for guests. This condo includes free BEACH CHAIR AND UMBRELLA SERVICE March - October.
Inside The Art House PCB, guests will find a spacious living room with stunning floor to ceiling views you are so close to the water you feel like you are sitting on the beach while eating your lunch or dinner in the expansive living and dining room. Right off the living room you have access to a private balcony that overlooks white sands and emerald waters. Inside is comfy seating, sleeper sofa, and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a bar that has seating and sits alongside a dining table that also offers sweeping views. A washer and dryer offers convenience and free wifi keeps you connected.
Our master bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom is equipped with two queens, Smart TV and has access to the second bathroom with a tub/shower combination. We provide 8 beach towels for guests to use.
The Art House PCB sleeps 8 and there are strictly no pets or ESA allowed with a minimum rental age of 25 (firm).

Howdy! We are from Fort Worth, TX but our heart stays in Panama City Beach. This is a multigenerational family that works together to provide the best accommodations for you and your family while in PCB. Linda is a proud and very fun mom and grandmother. She is recently retired and loves to travel as much as she can. The thing she loves the most about The Art House is reading a good book and having a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise and hoping to catch a couple of dolphins playing. Luke and Rhonda have 3 daughters, 1 son, 1 son-in-law, and 1 beautifully rambunctious granddaughter. The family loves snorkeling right in front of the condo and chasing crabs at night. We first came to Edgewater for a dance competition for our daughters and fell in love and knew this was our new happy place.

Beach chair and umbrella service is included everyday of your stay March - October. Our condo is ideally located immediately on the beach on the 2nd floor. Edgewater is the most beautiful Resort in Panama City Beach--with a full service restaurant and array of cocktails from a full bar right beside it--a 9-hole golf course, Surf Shop, Starbucks and more, there is no place in PCB that is comparable to Edgewater.
