Quiet and peaceful Inn set on a 125 acre farm in Southern Maine. Just a quick drive brings you to many popular activities. Many nearby dining options, hiking trails and beaches. Stores and restaurants are only 5- 10 mins, RT 95-15 mins, Beaches-25 mins, Portland and Portsmouth-45 mins, Kittery Outlets -30 mins. Indoor heated pool may be shared if other guests are on site. There is also a common space living room and breakfast nook. At this time we do not serve breakjfast.

We loved it here!!

My partner and I came to this lovely farm house to celebrate his birthday over the long weekend and we loved it so much! The hosts were wonderful, the home is so cozy, and the animals were the cherry on top for us. We already have spoke to friends about trying to come up another time!

Beautiful inn on a stunning farm

We absolutely loved our stay. The room was clean and a great size. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t use the pool but loved having the option of a heated pool. The grounds were stunning. We would definitely come back again.

A quiet and great location, close to everything

We had a lovely stay. The room is very comfortable and we enjoyed the pool, a bit like a spa, at the end or beginning of the days. Norma and her sons were very nice. Nous le recommandons! La seule chose, comme pour la plupart des maisons anciennes, l'insonorisation n'est pas excellente mais ils assurent la tranquillité des lieux entre 8:00 et 22:00.

Fun farm setting

Isolated home hit the spot perfectly. The rooster wakeup call was actually great. Close the windows if you don't want to hear him. Very close to good restaurants and Hannaford. Nice backroad drives to the beaches. Get to those early. Pool was small but great to relax in...recommend putting your name in for a night swim and see the stars through the beautiful atrium windows. We will stay there again! Hosts are great!

Brothers Dylan, Dalton & Noah, and Mom, Norma purchased the property in 2019. Since theyn they have been working to convert the property to a small in on their farm. This is an ongoing process and always evolving. Natives of Southern Maine & NH, they all live and work in the area.

The property has stunning sunrises and moonrises, and there is always a beautiful view to be had. Tucked away from the world yet very convenient to get to shopping, the cost, dining and more.There is a charming brook, woods, fields and the location is perfect.

Charming Inn set on a 125 acre farm. Convenient to most locations in Southern Maine and NH. Located near the center of North Berwick, with stores and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. There are 4 guest rooms available each with frig/micro/coffee and the first floor a common area of room and breakfast nook (frig, micro, toaster oven) may be shared with other guests. There is a heated indoor pool for private use by simple reservation on a clipboard by door. Excellent location to be away from tourist areas but close enough to visit Beaches 20-30 minutes, RT 95-15 mins, Portland Portsmouth-45 mins, Kittery Outlets -30 mins. Mountains and skiing, 1 hour 30 mins. Suites includes a comfortable bedroom, bath and with views of the farmland from every window. See great sunrises, wildlife sightings and an amazing moon if you happen to be here on a clear moonlit night. First floor liiving room has 50" smart tv, and gas fireplace as well as a breakfast nook. This serene setting offers privacy, beauty and plenty of places for walking and visiting the farm animals -A great location in a relaxing setting!
