Relax in a beautiful cottage that has
2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Enjoy listening to music or watching sports on your choice of 2 covered porches with ceiling fans, gas fire pits, and televisions. Wake up to Keurig Coffee with pods and condiments provided. Water Bottles/Breakfast Snacks provided. Washer/Dryer if needed with wash pods available. Walk less than 60 yards to San Gabriel Park, Walking/Bike trails, electric bike rentals, Palamino’s Restaurant, Recreation Center, and Community Center.
River bridge to cross over to Soccer, Baseball, and Softball Fields, and karoke or fish fry at the local VFW. Ride a bike or walk less than 1/2 mile to the famous G’town Square where you can attend the Christmas Stroll, 4th of July Parade, Red Poppy Festival, monthly market days, and weekends filled with local breweries, unique dining, and live music. NO Pets/NO Children.

Quiet Retreat

We enjoyed Karen’s home very much! It was very clean and comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed! We would stay there again.

Wonderful house that is very clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the front porch!

This is a wonderful VRBO property. It met all our expectations. The outdoor seating spaces were a real plus and so enjoyable. The owner was very responsive to all our needs. I would go back.

A Gem in the Heart of Georgetown!

Perfect location - close to huge park by river, and town square with lots of restaurants, wineries etc. We chose this property for the two stunning outdoor spaces and it did not disappoint! House was updated, comfortable and well stocked! Great Host too!

Great place!

The property was beautiful inside and out. Coffee bar was a nice touch. Porches were great to hang out on and the neighborhood and park across the street were nice for walks.

Georgetown’s Best Kept Secret!

We were so lucky to have found this gem. It is beautiful and comfy all at the same time. It is just like the photos, clean and roomy and has everything you need. Karen is an amazing host ! We’ll stay here when we return!

Overpowering artificial floral fumes from 5 plug-in fragrance devices (twice the maximum amount recommended) resulted in asthma symptoms so we could not remain in the house. The owner’s rep denied any smell.

Perfect home walking distance to historic town square

This property looks great in the pictures but even better in person! Great outdoor patios, covered parking, beautiful interior, quiet neighborhood and lovely, easy walk to historic main square. I thought we'd have to walk the main street to get to the main square, but the park just down the street has a bridge to walk over and a path that leads to main square and coffee shops and to fabulous Mexican food restaurant on the river. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful and cozy!

We highly recommend this home. The pictures don’t do the house justice! It’s very comfortable and peaceful. It’s a short walk to San Gabriel park but we did drive to the square. The owner was quick to respond to a couple of questions I had. We would definitely stay here again!!!!

Good location, different vibes

Property was nice. Very clean, tidy. However, there is a Trump sign out front which makes things very uncomfortable and unsafe. Cameras and recording devices were not disclosed, but I disabled them quickly for privacy.

1st SU Home Game

We planned the trip to Georgetown but realized we had forgotten to book a place to stay. There was less family this time so we were able to pick a smaller place to accommodate us. A found treasure! Very cozy! Can't wait to stay here again and enjoy the outdoor patio furniture later when the weather cools down. Close to everything!

High Tech House

Very nice place to stay. Quiet! Alexa an I got along. Wife not so much. TV sound was a small problem. Enjoyed both patios. I would rent again.

Georgetown Gem

The property was ready at check-in time. It was clean and the a/c was cranking when we got there. Great first impression. My sisters and I immediately felt right at home. The house is comfortable inside and there are 2 areas outside for coffee time or happy hour. It is close to the square, but we drove everywhere. Our host was very responsive to the questions we asked. We would definitely stay here again

Warm, inviting and so comfortable. We enjoyed the front porch in the mornings, and the great screened in back yard area in the evenings. The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were all around very well appointed.

Excellent Location

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Great little house. I am an outdoor person so having an awesome park nearby was great! And the square was a super easy drive.
