PERFECT for our family of 5!

We couldn’t have booked a better place! The home was centrally located - everything we needed and went to see was just a short drive away.Braden, the property manager was fantastic - answered every phone call and easily assisted me with extending our stay for an extra day.The home was sparkling clean with plenty of space and stocked with every cooking utensil necessary for plenty of home cooking.Thanks again, Braden! We look forward to booking with you again!

It worked for us

Overall the unit worked for us. Like with any rental, there was some general wear and tear on cookware but overall we had what we needed to host Thanksgiving.

Great house for our purpose of work

This house served all the needs for our employees. Management was easy to get ahold of for some minor issues and rectified immediately.

Here are a few things guests love about the place:
~Professionally cleaned/sanitized between each guest. We strive to have the place looking like new every time to make you feel at home! We make sure that our cleaners sanitize all surfaces, wash all linens including towels, and let us know if anything else on the property needs done.
~Fenced backyard semi-private front area that is perfect for BBQ's and pets
~Fast WIFI even with multiple devices connected at the same time
~Beautiful master bedroom with large King size bed
~Plenty of parking with a double care garage and free street parking
~All you need and more to feel at home for an extended stay with grocery stores nearby!

Our home comfortably sleeps 6 people with 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds upstairs. There is a large sofa in the living room that you can fit a 7th person on, which is our home occupancy. All beds are stripped and fitted with fresh sheets after each and every guest. Cleanliness is our guarantee! We provide complimentary WIFI, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The kitchen is full of just about anything you may need to to cook what you love on vacation.

Just a heads up!
~We do not provide laundry detergent but we do have dish pods and basic cleaning supplies
~There is a shared wall with the other half of the duplex but we manage that one as well! Let us know if the other half gets too noisy and we will quickly fix it
