The house has 5G high-speed WIFI, two (2) private parking spaces for the house and bath/pool towels for each guest

My house is your house!
You can use all the spaces in the house and in the condominium as if they were yours.
I only ask you not to have parties, since it is a family condominium and we cannot have loud music or loud noises after 9pm.
Other things to note
We have our own transport where we can take you home or take you anywhere you want, just ask us for availability and we will give you the rate.

We are obsessed with cleaning before your arrival and after your departure. If you need an extra cleaning or change of sheets and towels we can schedule it in advance (with extra cost).

Electricity and all services are included, however we ask you to be aware because electricity in Cancun is very expensive. You can use the air conditioners as normal and turn them off when you don't use them. Also, in order not to damage them, do not leave doors and windows open while they are on.
