To use these facilities, there is a one time resort fee of $35 for up to 12 guests and $45 for 13 or more guests to be paid at the clubhouse. This is a gated community with security on the premises 24/7. You will have easy access to local stores and restaurants. Just miles from Walt Disney World theme parks, Sea World, Universal and much more, this resort is central to all of the action!
