Upon entering, you'll be captivated by the stylish and contemporary design of this home. The living area features an open concept layout, seamlessly connecting the cozy seating area, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen. Natural light floods the space, creating a warm ambiance and inviting you to make yourself at home. For added convenience, a private washer/dryer is at your disposal, allowing you to pack light and easily take care of your laundry needs, and central air-conditioning will keep you cool and comfortable no matter the temperature outside.

Step outside onto the expansive, fully-furnished lanai, the perfect spot to indulge in al fresco dining. With the canal as your backdrop, the lanai provides a serene and picturesque setting for relaxation and entertainment. The pièce de résistance of this vacation home is its stunning canal views visible from the private pool. Take a dip in the pool for a refreshing swim or simply lounge on the comfortable seats while gazing out at the tranquil waters.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The boat lift is not available for guest use.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Security camera details: Ring doorbell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter.

Dock details: Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. Boat lift access and boat docking is not permitted. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts. DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
