2 bed 1 bath condo walking distance to the sand!

Close to the sand! This 2 bedroom 1 bath condo offers a queen bed in the master, a bunk with a double and single in the guest room and a double sleeper sofa. This unit has a keurig coffeemaker and is located on the South Side of the building.
This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Renters are responsible to supply their own bed linens, towels and paper products.
Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.
Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.

Cleaning and updates

The location is perfect for the beach and boardwalk. It's so ideal to be able to walk back to the condo if something is left behind. However the condo was not cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been. It was rather unacceptable in some rooms. The couch in the living room had fruit loops, beads and popcorn underneath on the edge visibly seen. I have a one year old and this was not okay. He could have gotten a hold of any of those items and choked due to careless cleaning. The cushions on the kitchen chairs were stained and filthy. The bedroom with the bunk bed had an odd smell to it. It's such a shame since my son has severe asthma and requires a breathing treatment every morning in order to strengthen his lungs. The blinds in all the rooms were terrible. The bedroom near the road had one blind that would not turn either way at all leaving the sunlight and street lights shining through ,also giving people to look in at the ground level room. The living rooms blinds were outdated and would stick. You would need to turn a few of them in order to open and close them entirely. As much as the rental is a week, this would be an easy upgrade. The kitchen window didn't have any blinds at all so people walking by could see in. The kitchen was very nice with new high quality appliances. Not necessary but they were nice. The front desk and girl I booked through were really nice
