EVL House with heated pool & hot tub, only 7 mins to Holiday Valley! What a great spot to enjoy your time in Ellicottville! TVs in each living room, and upstairs king. 25 year old min renter age and 12 guests maximum. Beds: 2 Kings, 2 queens, and 2 fulls. 100% refund within 48 hours of booking. The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. Bonus: only 10 minutes to the casino!

Self check-in and check-out. We are available by message, text, phone, and in person.

Guests are the only people on the entire property.

The entire place is yours. Our chalet is fully equipped with linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, and fully stocked kitchen.

Nice property roomy with most conveniences provided. No propane until last day so no heated pool or grill. Some of the mattresses not comfortable. Regardless we had a good time.

Cute house

Great house, looks exactly as pictured! Hot tub was a nice touch. Only downside was we ran out of paper towels and toilet paper quickly between 8 people, so I would recommend grabbing your own from the grocery store.

Nice place!

We enjoyed the openness of kitchen where we spent our time together when inside. The pool was the highlight of our trip! It's heated so we were able to enjoy it long into the day/night. We would definitely stay here again but would extend our stay!

Great location! Big backyard

A group of friends and I stayed here for the weekend for a ski trip. It was only 10 minutes away from the town and Ski resort, had a huge backyard which was great for my pup. There were 5 bedrooms and slept 9 comfortably! Pool table in the basement and hot tub on the back porch, a great weekend!

Great pool, fun place

Nice property, full fenced yard great for dog. Pool was great temperature, nice outdoor space with grill/griddle, but no chairs at pool or back deck. Hot tub was very nice. The kitchen area is a highlight. The bedrooms are clean and kept pretty cool with window air units.

Beautiful Home & Pool

The house was beautifully laid out, the pool was amazing and sitting on the big back porch for my morning coffee was simply amazing! The large spacious kitchen was great for our daily family dinners, everyone was able to fit comfortably. The listing did say there were 6 bedrooms, which after arrival we found out there was actually only 5 bedrooms. Had to work quickly to shift our family around and doubled up people in beds, we made it work but def threw a wrench into our arrival. If traveling with a group I would suggest bring extra toilet paper and paper towels, as we were only left with 4 rolls for 2 full bathrooms with a group of people over 3 days. There is a save a lot down the street that we went and grabbed more household products and paper towels. We were advised about an issues regarding the hot tub however the host was proactive reaching out and advising how to fix the hot tub.

Pictures are deciving

House was ok. Clean for the most part. Saw a few dead bugs and the laundry area smelled of pets. There was one bedroom on the main floor and 4 upstairs, so plenty of space. The living areas were very broken up though. One dining light switch was very hard to find, as it was completely covered by the fridge. Plenty of towels and bedding. Probably won’t stay here again.

Family get away

First time traveling as a family of 7… plenty of room and space for everyone. Loved having keyless entry and easy check-in / departure. Hot tub was overall the favorite, with pool close second (as it was on the cooler side). We were able to enjoy grilled meals on the blackstone and s’mores by the fire. It was extra nice to have an extra pack n play available so we didn’t have to cart ours from room to room or up and down the steps! While there was a pool table on site, we chose not to use the basement. I feel some work could be done down there to make it feel more of a comfortable atmosphere. Also I recommend another trash can or 2 larger ones, we stayed a week and were overflowing. And maybe some chairs for the fire pit! Overall a great place to stay!

Feedback on rental home

No dresser in first floor bedroom, had no where to put clothes. Frig ice maker not working. First floor bathroom had switches for heating & and exhaust unit, heat blower worked but no heat coming out just cold air. Marginal cooking utensils in stock pots, pans. Could not get TV’s to work.

Great Family Property

Great property for our family! Fenced yard is great for the dogs. There is a blackstone griddle for BBQ, unfortunately only 1 propane tank and we ran out the last day. But overall a very nice large property with an amazing yard. The covered porch is perfect in the rain and the evenings. There is no fire pit which is just a mention for future guests not a complaint or anything. Kitchen is sticked with the very basic essentials. Clean house that was ready for our stay when we arrived with window AC units on. Pool and hot tub were preheated and ready to go as well! Would definitely stay again in the future!
