You will enjoy a secluded location, however, there are plenty of must-visit attractions nearby, including Okemo, Killington, and Pico ski resorts, the Appalachian Trail, and lakes.

We gladly extend a warm welcome to dogs, as our dog-friendly policy ensures that every member of the family can share in the experience. Stay connected with the modern world through our complimentary WiFi, allowing you to effortlessly share your memorable moments or catch up on work. Additionally, our well-appointed accommodation includes the convenience of a washer/dryer, allowing you to refresh your wardrobe during your stay.

As the sun begins to set, gather around the crackling flames of our outdoor firepit and indulge in the magic of a starlit evening. Let the soothing ambiance and the company of loved ones create lasting memories in this idyllic setting. The gas grill is also convenient if you feel like treating your loved ones to delicious grilled burgers, hot dogs, and veggies.

Inside, you will discover a beautifully decorated living area with exposed wood beams. Spread out comfortably by the warmth of the fireplace and stream favorite shows on the smart TV with cable and YouTube TV. When mealtime comes, prepare savory treats in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with all the essentials.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: The cameras are located at the front of the home overlooking the front entry and the driveway of both the Main House and the Carriage House, Please do not cover or Tamper with the cameras in any way.


Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
