Spektakulär Ocean View Studio i Palmas del Mar

Detta är vår "Palm" -studio med ett loft för boende på 4. Det är en mysig enhet med fantastisk havsutsikt. Det ligger på övervåningen av vår "Flamboyan-enhet" med Homeaway # 954690. De två enheterna delar samma lobbyområde, men är helt separerade med sina egna entrédörrar. "Palm" -studio har en king size-säng, ett rymligt loft med två dubbla madrasser och ett stort badrum, perfekt för romantiska utflykter eller familjer med barn. Fastigheten har två rymliga balkonger, en med oavbruten havsutsikt och utemöbler, den andra med grill. "Palm" -studio har ett litet men välutrustat kök, kylskåp, en 55 "kabel-TV, luftkonditioneringsapparat med split-enhet, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, matbord för fyra, en soffa och höghastighetsinternet.

Palmanova Village ligger på toppen av en kulle bredvid Palmanova Plaza i Palmas del Mar. Den har en pool, en jacuzzi och ett gym med bastu rum - alla är gratis för hyresgäster och boende. Vår "Palm" andelslägenhet ligger cirka 150 m bort från havet, och cirka 10 minuters gångavstånd till närmaste strand (1111 trappsteg). Alla stränder är gratis i Puerto Rico. Du kan hyra en golfvagn ($ 20- $ 50 per dag) för att komma åt alla stränder i Palmas del Mar.

Palmas del Mar är det största masterplanerade samhället i Karibien. Anläggningen ligger i ungefär 2750 tunnland (11 km) och har över 25 olika stadsdelar, en bank, butiker, ett ridcenter, 2 golfbanor, en marina, 16 restauranger, ett kasino, fantastisk utsikt över Luquillo Berg och Vieques ö, och säkerhet och strikt åtkomstkontroll 24 timmar om dygnet. Palmas del Mar är cirka 30 minuter till Fajardo, 45 minuter till US Forest Service Rainforest Visitor Center - El Portal, och cirka 50 minuter till San Juan (SJU) flygplats. Shopping- och livsmedelscentra ligger cirka 10 minuters köravstånd bort från centrum i Humacao. Man kan njuta av bad / strand, snorkling, dykning, ridning och golf / tennis som spelar inuti Palmas del Mar. Utanför Palmas del Mar kan man besöka regnskogen i Luquillobergen, Bio Bay och Cabezas naturreservat i Fajardo och öarna Culebra och Vieques.

Beautiful location and super clean accommodations

We enjoyed a quiet and peaceful stay of Palmanova Village while enjoying a beautiful view including the beach and mountains in the background. The location is a short drive to the rainforest for hiking and the beaches near the property are absolutely paradisaic! The owners are very accommodating and courteous.

It's amazing

I stayed here for 9 nights it's was perfect. Palmas del Mar is awesome. The room was perfect. The pool and Jacuzzi super clean xiaoming sou property owner is awesome helpful and always available. I would defenectly book again.

Well equipped and communication with the host was great. He even came and meet us and took us to a few places in Palmas. The views from the balcony its great. We cant wait to comr back.

This property was the perfect vacation get away! It has a gorgeous view of the ocean, with sunrises that were amazing to wake up to! The apartment is quite large (particularly for a studio) and you can't beat the location. We'd definitely stay there again!

Great location for exploring Eastern PR

Cute studio apartment that met our needs. We were able to explore El Yunque and some beaches south of Palmas Del Mar. I would rent here again.

Spectacular view

This is the second visit and I will say that the the Mr X is very responsive and helpful when I needed something addressed. We spent 18 days in this studio loft apt and enjoyed daily breakfasts on the balcony enjoying the views. Perfect for a couple or small family. Thank you Mr X for a very enjoyable stay. I’ll be back again soon!

Excellent views

Excellent property for families or couples. The property has all the amenities required for a vacation on the beach, nice views from the balcony. My only suggestion is the TV should be configured with some streaming service like Netflix.

The property was very nice very clean and very convenient for us it has all the amenities you need swimming pool hot tub beautiful balcony views comfortable but it was an actually very nice place to stay I would stay there again if I had a chance they make it very easy to check in and check out we were very pleased

My Stay

Cut toe on sharp area in shower the first day and my toe hindered me having liberty to do much of anything because every step hurt on contact, the side of bed closest to bathroom deep dip my whole side of body in pain everyday, toilet odor from rim needing a better cleaning and as well as faucets in bathroom and floor had sticky spots. Lighting in studio not good, AC not sufficient for area, power keeps going out, internet reception not good, TV not working after power went out, WIFI listed was not on available WIFI networks. 1 of sinks in bathroom stopped up, very hot in hallway (can be very dangerous causing possible heat stroke) ant problem even before we brought food. It could have been nice except for these issues which I feel is more than we should have had to deal with considering this was suppose to be a relaxing get away. Please take into consideration our complaints and compensate for it with a refund Thanks

Clean and great location

We like the location, safety and commodity of the apartment, only thing we are disappointed was the A/C, not powerful enough for the studio space, the only place you can feel cool was on the loft bed, on top of the king bed, after a hot day in the beach or pool a good A/C is a most, otherwise the apartment met our expectations.

Had a hard time getting in

Everything was fine except for getting in the property... the number given for remote access was going to voicemail. We had to get the guard to let us in.. then the key's to enter the building were not in the mail box as advised they would be. We had to buzz a another apartment for access inside the building. We got in with the codes given the rest of the way but if we were to leave we couldn't go back in. Luckily I asked the other tenants if they had extra keys and they did have our set of key's!! Besides that we enjoyed our stay!
