Will definitely rent this one again!! My son & I spent several days exploring Steamboat Springs, and this was such a great downtown condo. The floor plan worked perfectly for us, and it was fully equipped for cooking as well. We enjoyed the close proximity to the community market, as well as restaurants, shopping and coffee shops.

This unit was in such a great location. We walked almost everywhere and rarely used the car. Amenities were very nice and the unit was very roomy. We would definitely stay here again.

There is some construction very close by but the workers were adherent to the hours. Otherwise, for being in town, quiet place. Walk to the rodeo, yampa trail, botanical garden, all the restaurants and shops.

Very, very clean home. Great location and host communication. As someone who frequents mountain ski stays 4-5 times a winter in Colorado, this was honestly one of the top stays for me.

Nice Condo - Know what noise to expect

The condo itself was great and so was the location. However - the city needs to figure out what to do with the street these units are on. It may be the price of staying close to the 'downtown' area but there are a number of garbage dumpsters right at the end of the building that get emptied every morning between 2:30am-4:00am by more than one truck. It is very loud and not something you can sleep through. Forget about cracking a window open for some air. Also, the business deliveries are done right on that street. An 18 wheel semi-truck parks right in front of the units at 4:30am to start deliveries. It was infuriatingly loud right after the garbage trucks did their thing. So if you don't mind being woken up every night, it's a great location and the space was very nice. I just think the city should make the street no access to trucks (they beep loud in reverse too) and do their deliveries directly from Lincoln Ave since there should be no traffic at 4am. The garbage trucks should come at different times. They left a mess of trash right next to us each morning that gets picked through by wildlife. Sorry for the negativity that the rental agency has no control over. The city could do a better job at planning this for it's residents and tourists.

Great Stay

We come to steamboat every summer and this rental was perfect. Staying downtown in the summer is a must..youll rarely need your car. The townhouse was very clean, spacious, and overall enjoyable. Will rent again next year!

Best family vacation!

Property was perfect for our family ski trip to Steamboat. Great living space and master suite with comfy beds. 5 min walk to all of the best restaurants in Steamboat. Easy shuttle to the mountain and the ski locker at the base was a game changer for managing gear. Host was responsive and checked in during our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

The place was immaculate and exactly as described. The garage is tight but our medium sedan car fit just right. The location is unbeatable!I have to mention the amazing service provided by steamboat lodging. They were responsive and provided amazing personal service for even little things like my concern about a wobbly table. The best service I have ever received and I will be booking their properties in the future for sure!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place. Waling distance to everything in town. Only issue is limited parking. One car only.

Nice condo, great location in town

Nice three-level condo in the heart of Steamboat Springs. It was clean and well-appointed. The indoor parking garage across the street was convenient (and warm!). We had several questions and requests while we were there. The property manager was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. One word of caution if you plan to use the sofa bed. It is not comfortable at all! We ended up buying an air mattress while we were there.

The property is well taken care of and is in a great location for shopping and dining out. The only area that we had to clean up before using was the outdoor patio which wasn't a big deal. If you plan on going to one of the hot spring pools bring your own beach towels the property, only provides you one towel per person for the length of your stay. They do provide you with the use of a washer and dryer, so you are able to clean your towels if needed.
