Hi Carla, thank you for sharing your experience. We wish you had contacted us during your stay, as several of the issues you mentioned could have been clarified or addressed at the time. Access to the creek is easy and it is located just a few steps from the condo, so we are sorry to hear that this was an issue. However, we did not receive any questions or concerns about access during your stay. Our listing also clearly explains that the creek is part of the common area; we have never advertised the condo as having creek views. Transparency, communication, and trust are very important to us, and we make every effort to represent the property accurately to our guests. Regarding noise from neighboring units or nearby properties, unfortunately that is not something we can directly control. However, had we known it was affecting your stay, we could have immediately raised the issue with the HOA and tried to address it. We did not receive any communication about this concern during your visit. We would also like to clarify that several pieces of furniture were replaced at the beginning of this summer and were selected for their quality and comfort. We were particularly surprised by your comments about the condition of the property, as they do not reflect the experience our guests typically share or the care and attention we continuously give to the condo. We value all feedback, even when we may not agree with every assessment. We will continue, as always, to make sure our guests find a well-maintained, comfortable, and conveniently located property.
